My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks just like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates my communication. I would recommend it 100%.

I was required to stay one more night by your rules, this extra cost is not obvious, but this small downside was made up for by the approval of the premises, the cordial, discreet and no-frills welcome. We had a fantastic week in Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decoration, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

We had a great weekend at Anne-Laure's The house is great, we loved it! It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, the bedding is very good Outdoor spaces are very nice We recommend!!

very warm and easily accessible accommodation (free parking next door) close to the city centre and 5 minutes' drive from the lake. it was very nice to stay there, the accommodation is very quiet and Sandrine is very welcoming!

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

It is with pleasure that we found Ludovic's accommodation, a small impeccable cozy nest, Ludovic is attentive to the slightest problem if there is one. On our next trip to Annecy we will call on him again without problem. We recommend this very pleasant accommodation

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the overhead car park, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city centre, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's difficult to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by text or call.

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's accommodation. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's tableware, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A highly recommended accommodation and host😊
