rez de jardin paisible et central. village a 5mn à pieds , station de cars , pharmacie,commerces et restaurants ,cafés . de nombreuses balades à pieds ou en vélo (la route du tram est ss voitures jusqu'à villards) 1 animal de compagnie accepté mais le jardin n'est pas clôturé . ils ne doivent pas faire leurs besoins ds le jardin ni gratter car il y a un robot tondeuse avec un fil conducteur . il y a de nombreuses balades au sortie de l'appartement pour satisfaire maitres et animal .

Bienvenue au Gîte de Calistane l'Envolée! A 2mn du Touvet, belle maison lumineuse et spacieuse de 100m2 au pied du massif de la Chartreuse et face à la chaîne de Belledonne. Ambiance chic-zen contemporaine plein sud face à la nature verdoyante. A quelques minutes seulement de la piscine panoramique du village (photo de présentation). Le village se trouve à environ 10 minutes de Voiron et à 15 minutes de Grenoble. Bienvenue dans votre havre de paix avec une vue sur la montagne à couper le souffle.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
