You can enjoy a detached house, 100 m², quiet and without neighbors with a terrace and a private garden. In the heart of Beauce, bordering Essonne and Eure-et-Loir, this cottage is located 1 hour from Paris and 45 minutes from Orleans. In addition, the Orléans/Paris Austerlitz railway line passes nearby, with the Toury and Angerville stations 16 km away.
