Recently rebuilt 3 bedroom, 2-bath cottage in historic Thousand Island Park. Amenities include air conditioning, a new kitchen, and a screened-in porch w/ping pong. We live in a quiet neighborhood, set close to the river, public dock, playground, library, and the Guzzle (ice cream). We are a stone's throw from Wellesley Island Park Trail System w/extensive hiking. Pickleball/tennis gear on site with courts nearby. Fishing gear available. Explore nearby attractions in Alexandria Bay and Clayton.

The property offers everything you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends!

Private guest quarters on the American Narrows

Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

Boat launch and marina only 1 mile away. 3 miles to Clayton and 7 miles to Alexandria Bay. Sleeps 6. 1 king bedroom 2 queen bedroom Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas grill and patio furniture. Heat and AC, electric fireplace. Washer and Dryer. Linens and towels provided.

1000 Islands Waterfront Guest Cabin & Golf

This is a perfect stopover or getaway for golfing, biking, hiking, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. or latte on the porch. We have a walk-in shower, a new deluxe Douglas mattress, quality organic linen and sateen cotton sheets, and fluffy towels. The exterior chairs will be replaced so we will update the photos soon. We welcome friends and family so our place can be busy on weekends. If you like your privacy but not seclusion, we welcome your visit!
