Monthly Rentals in Grenadier Pond

Jiyun’s place was just perfect. The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The yard was so big and since it is fenced our dog could run around everyday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, just a short walk to the beach by Lake Ontario. Plus super easy to get around by public transit to get downtown Toronto. Our family had an amazing time. I would come back anytime!!

We had a great 4 months in Toronto, and Mariam and Ali's accommodation had a lot to do with it. The basement is particularly well equipped (kitchen utensils, household appliances, household accessories, television, etc.), very clean, the beds are very comfortable (both the bed and the convertible sofa) and the private access via a specific door makes particularly easy cohabitation. Being in the basement poses no problem, the accommodation remains bright (there are three openings/windows) and everything is designed to manage ventilation and humidity. The accommodation itself is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, perfect for a Canadian experience if you are not from the area. As students at the University of Toronto, it took us around forty minutes to reach the campus, the transport network (bus + metro) is very accessible given that the bus stops 20 meters from

Stephanie’s place was exactly as described and pictured in her listing. The location is great and very convenient with everything you may need within walking distance as well as the subway right close by. Tons of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries to enjoy. The place is clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay and Stephanie is very sweet and always responsive if you need anything. It was my home away from home for a few months when I needed a place in the city and it worked out perfectly. If I ever needed to stay in the city again, I would certainly stay here and always recommend to a friend!

Rick's place was the perfect place to stay in Toronto to relax after running the marathon this weekend. It had all the things we needed and I especially appreciated how accommodating he was when we needed to check in a bit earlier. The place is beautifully situated right near high park so it was very close to the city but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. I highly recommend anyone to come stay here if you're looking for a quiet and clean place and still want to be close to all the action! Thanks Rick for your hospitality!
