Cozy 1-room apartment – ideal for short stays

This small (45 sqm) accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people in one room. The double bed can be separated from the sofa, dining area and mini kitchen using a sliding curtain. The sofa can be quickly converted into a comfortable 1.40 meter bed, which we will be happy to prepare for you. The rain shower and the modern design of the bathroom leave nothing to be desired. A large TV and WiFi are of course also available. There is no nice view, but there is a lot of light for the basement.

Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. Die behindertengerechte Wohnung ist ebenerdig und befindet sich sehr zentral im Ortskern. Direkt vor der Unterkunft befinden sich kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Gaststätten (fränkische, italienische und griechische Küche) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.
