Located on the outskirts and already in the middle of beautiful nature, we cordially invite you to a relaxing vacation in our holiday nest plus! Well-being, relaxing, slowing down, chilling, hiking, fishing, everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Cozy, bright apartment on the 1st floor with 2 rooms (one double bed each), small kitchen-living room with fireplace and south-facing balcony, accessible by shared staircase. Bathroom on the ground floor is also used by other guests. Owners live in the same building. Barrel sauna in the garden or breakfast possible on request. An extra bed and the use of a large garden plot nearby (15-minute walk) are possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house or directly opposite. Shopping, such as a butcher and a Netto market with a bakery branch, are within 2 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

In winter, the ski resorts of Schöneck, Mühlleiten and Klingenthal invite you to ski.
