The apartment is very cozy and stylishly furnished, the garden is also well maintained with many beautiful seating areas. The location is very quiet - but you need a car for all activities.

Great amenities for holidays with children! Only the defective blackout or the very translucent blackout in the bedroom should be improved once - very important for most babies to sleep well.

An absolutely magical place! I felt like I was in another world – quiet, slow down and just beautiful. The surroundings by the lake are fantastic, perfect for switching off and refueling. The place was lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need. You can feel how much heart is in every detail. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. More than recommended – I will definitely be back!

Beautiful days in a beautiful accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. My little daughter, sister and I stayed at Felix's place in mid-March. Check-in was very straightforward and Felix was always available for questions. When we came in, we felt very comfortable, everything we needed was there, the child had plenty of space to walk around and the terrace looked very inviting (even if it was still a bit too cold to sit outside). Due to the central yet quiet location, we were able to do all our activities even without a car, bakery and supermarket were easily accessible, the old town of Leer was also within walking distance. All in all a great apartment with lots of amenities and enough space, ideally located to start excursions and explorations.

Apartment is clean and easy to reach in Emden. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The apartment is so centrally located that I was right in front of the door during a city tour, as there is a museum right next door.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Dennis' super nice house. Everything is just right in this home. Beautiful layout of the house, perfectly equipped kitchen, great garden, comfortable beds, lots of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts...) and everything is clean. The house simply impressed us. The location is also great. Close to the supermarket and beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area. The communication with Dennis was perfect. He was super responsive to messages. We can 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The cottage has everything you need, the garden is very idyllically located directly on the lake. Be sure to book the hot tub and enjoy the view from there on the lake! The communication was great. Thank you for the good time we were able to spend here!

We had a very nice stay at the beautiful cottage. The excursions by boat directly from the house to the large sea were particularly beautiful. The house was very clean and you felt right at home when you entered.

Jan's beach house is really beautiful. The view from the bed to the lake at dawn alone is wonderful. But also a barbecue on the terrace, while the kids were digging in the private beach, was fantastic and a reason why we will come back. Jan always responded quickly and was very friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for the thanks for this experience :)

We stayed at Dustin's place for a week and had a great time. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. A perfect place if you like riding your bike. You can get just to about everywhere within 30 min by bike. We sure would love to come back.

Top location by the sea and cleaner apartment. However, the house looks a little daunting thanks to the current renovation. Fortunately, the apartment is the exact opposite.
