Die Ferienwohnung Gerhard im Gulfhof Boomgaarden in Upleward bei Greetsiel bietet auf 67 m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die besonders private Wohnung liegt im historischen Altbauteil des Gulfhofs, dem ehemaligen Wohnbereich der Hofherrschaft. Sanierte Holzbalkendecke in Farbfassung von 1851, Küche hinter dem Ornamentbogen, zwei Schlafzimmer, Terrasse, Liegewiese, WLAN, Parkplatz und eBike-Lademöglichkeit machen Gerhard zu einer besonderen Unterkunft für ruhige Nordseeferien.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Enjoy the view of the Greetsiel twin mills: The renovated apartment "Upkaamer" offers space for four people and has a spacious living-dining area. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, it also offers enough space for six people. The sunny terrace on the Greetsieler Tief invites you to relax while you can watch the hustle and bustle on the water. Parking and bicycle storage are available.

Experience unforgettable holidays in the historic apartment "Alte Schule Unnen" in Greetsiel. With a generous 120 m², it can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for families and couples. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cozy living room or on the terrace with garden views. Wi-Fi, TV and the nearby 20 km beach guarantee comfort and entertainment. Pets are welcome, and parking is also available.

Lüttje Greete

The Lüttje Greete apartment in Greetsiel offers 68 square meters of space for up to 6 people and has recently been renovated. It has three cozy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, an additional guest toilet, as well as an open living and dining area with a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Outside, a terrace with a barbecue and a fenced garden invite you to relax.

Our vacation home is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. It is ideally suited for a relaxing vacation for 4 people. The terraced house is within walking distance of the harbor. The house offers a living and dining area with TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and three parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linens and towels must be brought along.

Vacation rental in the monument directly on the dike

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).

Perfection on 89 square meters - We present our apartment de See - Suite 4 on two floors with private balcony. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, which are equipped with a double box spring bed, a 160 cm box spring bed and two single box spring beds. For extra comfort, the apartment's windows are equipped with insect screens.
