The apartment has three separate bedrooms, which are equipped with a double box spring bed, a 160 cm box spring bed and two single box spring beds. The ground-level apartment with terrace faces south with views of the spacious garden and surrounding fields. Historic ceiling beams were installed and the color scheme was done according to restorative findings from the front. The cosy alcove is the ideal place to relax and a wood-burning stove provides comfort.

The small, or "Lütje" apartment is located on the 2nd floor, on the south-east side of the house and was newly furnished in late 2020 in a modern, cozy East Frisian style. The apartment has a car parking space by the house. To get to the upper floor, you have to climb a steep staircase.
