Inmitten der ostfriesischen Natur zwischen Ländereien, Kanälen und idyllischem Baumbestand verbirgt sich unser Landhaus (Grünhoff’s Landhuus) mit seinem historischen Charme. Der „Oll Kohstall“ besticht durch einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit altem Ständerwerk, drei charmanten Schlafzimmern, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, ein modernes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche und einer Küche im besonderen Design. Das großzügige Grundstück lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.

Wir bieten diese besondere und gemütlich eingerichtete Obergeschoss-Wohnung an, welche im Jahr 2023 vollständig renoviert wurde. Ideal für zwei Personen, ohne Kinder, ohne Tiere. Das Bad ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Föhn, Dusche und Shampoo ausgestattet, die Küche sogar mit einer Spülmaschine. Die Infrarot-Sauna bietet pure Entspannung. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Wald mit Teich erreichbar und der Ostfriesland Wanderweg direkt an unseren Hof angrenzend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 1,5 km.

Kaiserhof 103 - your home away from home (Cozy & Xbox)

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Dune castles right on the beach

The Dünenschlößchen is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. The restaurants, shops and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. The apartment must currently be cleaned by our guests on the day of departure, which means that the cleaning costs (see additional costs) of 120 EURO are waived and only the cleaning fee of 45 EURO for bed linens and towels under "Bed linen fee" will be charged (information under "Additional rules").

Sauna & beach chair in the garden! The approx. 59 m² ground floor apartment offers two bedrooms with double and single beds. The open-plan living area shares its space with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a dining area with chairs. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet, and sink. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the storage room. The apartment has underfloor heating and external blinds. All windows are provided with fly screens.

A very cozy attic apartment

Welcome to East Frisia, to our cozy "STELLA" apartment, In the heart of East Frisia, near one of the most beautiful natural swimming pools in this region, the great sea and the North Sea are also a stone's throw from here The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a modern kitchen, as well as a small living and dining room, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, sauna for a fee. The apartment is located in a house which consists of two apartments.

The 80 m² apartment "Silbermöwe" is located on the upper floor and offers up to 6 people everything needed for a relaxing time-out of the extra class on two floors; in addition to a wood-burning fireplace, there is also a sauna in the apartment. On the second floor you will find one of the three bedrooms of the apartment, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Leyhörn nature reserve. The apartment also includes a car parking space by the house.

Live in nature. Idyllic country house with garden + sauna

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Cozy wooden house on the edge of the forest with sauna

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We look forward to welcoming you as guests!

Hus in Luv

The high-quality furnished Frisian house "Hus in Luv" can accommodate up to six people and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with sauna) and a modern kitchen. The fenced garden with terrace, awning and beach chair invites you to relax. Other amenities such as underfloor heating, fly screens, electric shutters, car parking space and bicycle room make the stay pleasant. Dogs are welcome.

Style meets coziness

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
