In summer, Greer is an escape from high temperatures. Wildflowers sprout in alpine meadows alive with native wildlife including antelope, deer, and elk. Autumn means burnished leaves and crisp temperatures. Snow transforms the town to a Winter wonderland in the Winter. Recreational opportunities abound in every season. The clear waters of the Little Colorado River run right through town and three lakes offer sport fishing for trout. There’s also hiking, hunting, horseback riding, and skiing.

This rental is right between Showlow and Pinetop. The woodsy cabin is perfect for an individual, couple as well as small group or family. The cabin is pet friendly. The upstairs loft is a hit with children and additional sleepers. Guests may access the clubhouse and it’s immenities. The two seating areas inside as well as outdoor firepit allow for diversity of gathering. The community is quiet, friendly and highly wooded. Smart tvs and starlink Wi-Fi, and Firepit. With a large deck and a porch swing you will have no shortage of good views, but once the sun sets feel free to retire to a warm den with a wood burning stove and electric baseboard. The Wildlife Cabin also has recently added a 6 person hot tub to the deck making this the perfect getaway cabin. Inside we have two bedrooms fitted with queen beds and a sleeper sofa, the Wildlife Cabin will sleep six.

We stay here regularly ourselves, & are glad to share our vacation home with you!
