Ney House - 1890 Colonial/Downtown/Sleeps 18

The historic Rudolf Ney House, a Colonial Revival style home built in 1890, is located a block north of the Belle Grove Historic District in downtown Fort Smith. The influential Ney family founded and ran the iconic Boston Store on Garrison Ave. This house is enormous (3,696 sq feet) and perfect for large groups, or a just a couple looking to explore and experience a living piece of history. The house has 5 bedrooms (one is on the first floor), 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 16 people.

The Thicket House is right around the corner from Bell Park which features hiking trails, playgrounds, BBQ and picnic tables, a disc golf course, and 4 pickle ball courts. The new, highly anticipated splash pad too, is around the same corner! Antiquing, coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants are just minutes away in the heart of down town.

It is just 5 minutes from I-40 and 15 minutes drive to Fort Smith, AR. There is a public Lake (Lee Creek) about 6 minutes drive away that is good for hiking, fishing and boating.
