Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Greenville County

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment has everything you need and desire. The location is great - 10 minute drive or less to Haywood Mall, Main St in downtown Greenville, and access to Pelham Rd and Woodruff Rd shopping and dining destinations. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for baths and kitchen, comfortable furnishings and beds, kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer a welcome amenity. There is plenty of grass and a dog run/poop station for those traveling with pets. Host Barbara was 5+++! We had a reserved airbnb unit fall through at the last minute (to no fault of the other host or ourselves), and Barbara went out of her way being proactive and responsive to our needs. She literally saved the day, or week! She was very responsive to our questions which were few since the directions were clearly written. We cannot thank her enough.

Had a great stay here! We walked to some great restaurants and loved the park. It was a beautiful place and we wish we could have stayed longer. The only improvement would be the directions for parking. The garage situation was confusing and in order to park in a Mint House parking spot you have to make a reservation and pay $15 to get the directions which share you must go into the apartment through the leasing office to get the parking pass and key fob to get in through other doors. You can only park in the loading zone for 10 minutes so I had to run around the building (while pregnant lol) use the code to get in, find the apartment, grab the pass and fob, and run back to the car to get in and park.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

The upstairs studio was the first airbnb stay for my wife and I. We were comfortable beyond expectations and feel that we couldn’t have chosen a better place or more welcoming hosts. The location in a quiet, safe neighborhood central to the areas we wanted to visit was exactly what we needed. One of the hosts, Mick or Sandy, was there and/or always available to answer every question right away. Mick was beyond helpful giving us information about the area’s neighborhoods and real estate, evening printing out a series of places for us to visit in our sketching out possible relocation plans.The apartment felt like home with AC, a ceiling fan, windows that open to the shaded back not to mention all the attention to detail in the well maintained interior. The kitchen was well equipped , everything needed for us to make a simple trip to the grocery store. The shower was nice with immediate hot water and the bathroom also had lots of amenities. The desk was a godsend for each day's planning.

Peter was a great host and very responsive with any questions or request. Home was exactly as described, were looking for a peaceful quiet and secluded weekend getaway. Porch is very peaceful, kitchen is well equiped and everything works. Master bedroom is very peaceful and comfortable. Had fun playing pool too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This home was great for our needs. There were plenty of beds for a family, fast Internet, and was super close to the NW Spartanburg Tech campus where our grandson was needing to be for the week. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The host supplied shampoos and soaps in the bathrooms and kitchens. Having a neighborhood Walmart super close by was also very handy. There are items the host needs to address for maintenance and she even offered to send someone out while we were there. The one big disappointment was the state of the yard - there is significant storm damage that needs to be removed and is just very unsafe currently - (as an example, a pallet covering a 4 ft deep whole off the patio and the destroyed trampoline with mangled metal poles sticking out - if we had little kids, we wouldn't have let them outside at all and it seems like a liability the owner would want to mitigate quickly.) Once that is addressed, I would give this home 5 stars all around for our needs.

Darrin was a responsive, helpful, wonderful host. Our company used his Airbnb to house employees while they worked in the area. He was easy to work with and informative as our employees were in the area during Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. I would recommend staying in this home as it is also in a nice, safe neighborhood.

If you’re on the fence… do yourself the favor and just book it. This is by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It’s incredibly well appointed and so cozy. In the kitchen there is no appliance or gadget that isn’t stocked. And the backyard is stunning. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My group of 5 stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was as described/pictured, very clean, modern, and came with everything you need for your stay. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood, less than 5 min away from Publix and other stores. It's also only 10 minutes from downtown where there are plenty of restaurants, trails, parks, etc. The host and property manager were polite and quick to respond. There was a technical issue with the front door keypad, but the issue was addressed promptly. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Greenville area.

What an amazing house! We had an amazing visit to Greenville and this house was a highlight for myself and my family. This was the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless and so welcoming. The upstairs loft was perfect for our kids and they loved all the toys. My son’s favorite part of this vacation was the playroom and giant slinky! The living room was very cozy and the perfect spot to relax after busy days. I liked having a real crib for our baby with a pack n play. It was really nice not having to bring all that stuff with us. They even had an ubbi diaper pail and changing pad. Lauren was so responsive and offered great area events and went the extra mile to leave us some outside toys for our son, which he loved. You can’t beat the location. We felt very save and liked how close it was to the Main Street and highways alike. We will stay here again and I’d recommend this house to anyone visiting Greenville.

Douglas’s home was beyond perfect for our family mini vacation. We cannot wait to come back for a longer stay. The pool temperature is like luke warm bath water, perfect for all ages. As campers we enjoyed a nice relaxing night by the fire as well. You can tell Douglas put great thought into this home.

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

I'll definitely return to The Beehive, the location is amazing! It was within walking distance to parking, The Peace Center, restaurants of all types, shopping and even Falls Park!

If you are looking for the full Greenville experience, this is the place for you. Conveniently located right off of Main Street with easy access to all the happening spots in town. The place was cozy and quiet with everything needed to enjoy your time in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location cannot be beat. It is very walkable to dozens of shops and restaurants, as well as Falls Park. We didn't use our car once all weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is definitely noisy at night until the bars close down around 2am. The noise machines and ear plugs helped but we still were woken up occasionally. That is the only downside to this property though. Everything else was perfect!

Loved staying at Jades place! Absolutely beautiful! Just what we needed and love! Would definitely visit Greenville and stay here again!

Property is very comfortable and clean. Very homey and well stocked. We loved how walkable restaurants and attractions were and proximity to parking Check in was a breeze with clear and crisp directions. Check out directions equally clear. Inside of property very quiet. There was some traffic noise Saturday night but nothing unmanageable. Cindy very proactive in communication and readily available. Wonderful location highly recommended
