Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Greenville County

This was great place to stay. Lots of restaurants etc that you could walk to. The apartment is large and plenty of room for two singles, or two couples or a family. The location was very safe and the room was located inside the building almost like a hotel, but much nicer.

Had a great stay here! We walked to some great restaurants and loved the park. It was a beautiful place and we wish we could have stayed longer. The only improvement would be the directions for parking. The garage situation was confusing and in order to park in a Mint House parking spot you have to make a reservation and pay $15 to get the directions which share you must go into the apartment through the leasing office to get the parking pass and key fob to get in through other doors. You can only park in the loading zone for 10 minutes so I had to run around the building (while pregnant lol) use the code to get in, find the apartment, grab the pass and fob, and run back to the car to get in and park.

The space is great for its location, comfort and privacy. Sandy the host, she was very helpful and kind. I would definitely rent this space again.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Darrin was a responsive, helpful, wonderful host. Our company used his Airbnb to house employees while they worked in the area. He was easy to work with and informative as our employees were in the area during Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. I would recommend staying in this home as it is also in a nice, safe neighborhood.

My husband and I, plus 1 pup, stayed 4 nights at Stefania’s home. She is most deserving of her guest favorite status and 5 star reviews. I chose this home specifically because it is located 2.5 miles from Downtown GVL and the Peace Center. It is located in a safe and quiet area with other well maintained homes. This place is nicely and comfortably furnished, with open, bright spaces. There is every imaginable small appliance available, as well as the kitchen being fully stocked for cooking meals. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The backyard has a full privacy fence and great exterior lighting. There are multiple items available for use when you bring your pup. Stefania provides a comprehensive guest guide book that explains all the amenities available in the house (and there are many!) and she includes so many recommendations for restaurants. We had an amazing stay and we highly recommend this home. Stefania thought of every thing. Perfection. 🤩

To say we were hesitant to be the first guests at this place would be an understatement but let me tell you we were truly blown away! First off the house was so cute and decorated so nice. We enjoyed the welcoming basket with snacks and drinks in the fridge. As many times as we have rented homes this was a first! The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice that there were 3 full bathrooms! The area was quiet and within minutes to downtown and really anything so the location was perfect! We definitely will rent this house again if we return to Greenville!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were only in Greenville for one night, but this place was perfect l. Close to all the fun, but secluded enough to be peaceful. Definitely plan to be back and share with friends.

Great home, this has been the best I have stayed at in the area. I highly recommend this home and the hosts were great!

Mark’s place was great. We stayed here for the SEC tournament and it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The home was beautiful inside and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when back in Greenville. No complaints at all. 10/10

Heidi and her husband were great hosts. They gave us clear instructions on how to get to our room. The place was so comfy and clean. Her and her husband both sent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It was super close and easy to get to Pretty Place Chapel. We would love to stay again!

This unit is so cute and functional. The view is nice and we loved sitting on the balcony playing games for hours. Super experience!

Perfect place when in Greenville! We will be back...

We visit GVL 2-3 times a year and love staying here so much that now we won’t stay anywhere else. Truly the best host, best location, and best properties in the area. The condo is central to everything downtown, and is immaculate, cozy, and very safe. Cindy is such a sweet, proactive, and thoughtful host. She makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay, and it’s all the little things like bottled waters, snacks, coffees and teas, creamers—she even left us a special surprise for our anniversary. We’re grateful to have been so well taken care of and once again had a great trip. Where you stay can make or break a trip, and this one absolutely makes it. Thanks Cindy!

This was the perfect location for our stay during the SEC women’s basketball tournament. We could walk to and from the games. The condo was pristine and very functional. Our only issue was the cost of the parking garage which our host addressed in a very positive manner. We would stay here again. Host incredibly helpful and responsive.
