Monthly Rentals in Greensboro

This place felt like home to me! I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s amazing.

I'm from out of state, and rented this condo for two months. I decided to extend my visit for a additional month, and was very happy to be able to rent this condo for a third month. The condo itself is cute and looks like the pictures. I loved having an electric fireplace, and was happy that the condo was well stocked with things such as body wash, shampoo, garbage bags, zip lock bags, cooking spices, etc...but what I REALLY loved was the location. It seems like EVERYTHING is close to here. In less than ten minutes I could drive to walmart, sam's club, home depot, walgreen's pharmacy, Regal movie theater, Food Lion grocery store, Harris Teeter grocery store, a liquor store, and about a dozen restaurants (including Chipolte, Olive Garden, BoJangles, and many others). As a person that is not familiar with this city, having so many things nearby was great.

My First AirBnB stay. I’d sure hope others live up to this one because my expectations are now very high. Jason was an amazing host and the place was just this peaceful studio exactly as described. Area was close to restaurants and not far from anything. Thank you again for this great experience Jason!

This guesthouse was excellent in every way. It was very clean, cozy, and simply charming. It is located behind a very nice home in a quiet, residential area. The host provided good instructions and was very courteous and helpful. Thank you Katie for making this a little home away from home!
