Amazing place, a big house with a nice balcony to relax. The heating works really well. And it’s about a 15-min walk from the center.

Chao was incredibly accommodating and made me feel very welcome within seconds of meeting. She is very respectful of all the guests peace/experience and clearly communicates expectations. Chao also offers breakfast and other staple items to take from her fridge which I just found very kind.

The problem with five star reviews as the default for any AirBnb that is “good enough” is that when you experience truly exceptional hospitality, a number score can’t accurately convey what a rare treasure you’ve found. That’s a long-winded way of saying, Jayne deserves six out of five stars. At every possible opportunity, she went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and stocked with thoughtful ammenities, we received extensive recommendations for things to see, do and especially eat in Cork based on our personal preferences, and she even let her precious kitty Peggy spend the evenings and mornings with us once we revealed our cat obsession. The only two drawbacks (no regular kitchen access & very low ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom) were communicated clearly and honestly in the listing, so we knew what to expect. If you play in the NBA, hate animals and eating out, don’t stay here. Otherwise, book with confidence.

I am dreaming to come back again! Super cozy home. Great location off the beaten path. Easily walkable to everything in cork: Safe and quiet neighborhood . Clean and fresh house items. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking.
