Holiday rentals with a patio in Greenbrier County

What a great little place to stay in marlinton. Danny was such a great host I will stay here every time I come back.

Booked this beautifully renovated, quiet, historic apartment space a bit last-minute for a weekend skiing at Snowshoe and it was a great decision. The value was excellent compared to what it costs on top of the mountain and was a 35-40 minute drive to ski. We loved the amenities of the space as well as the small community of Marlinton (which has great cell service). Hope to be back again soon!!

We met Grace who owned the unit and the restaurant below and she was delightful. The appartment was spacious and clean. We would come again. Highly recommended.

Grassy Meadow Getaway was a perfect location for our trip! The description of property was accurate. It was homey, and had a beautiful view of the mountains from the back porch! Front porch was a great place to kick back and relax!

The place was quaint and just like the photos. A private spot we enjoyed staying at. Would recommend as a great place to stay if in the area.

We loved this house. The owners have put a lot of thought into the layout and details, and the little things they did to go above and beyond made our trip extra special: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap provided, plenty of nice towels, plenty of coffee and sugar, etc. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the outside area (firepit) is so nice to hang out with family/friends. This is a great place to stay, and the owner is extremely quick to respond to any and all questions!

This house was adorable and absolutely perfect for a ladies weekend away. We could walk to the downtown area, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The front porch with that big porch swing was amazing ambiance, and we loved being able to sit out back at the table with the twinkle lights as well. Thank you for a great weekend!

What a wonderful home in the heart of the historical district of my favorite lil city! The home sits only a few steps from our favorite restaurant, The French Goat. She provides coffee , homemade banana bread, chocolates and hygienic supplies in the bathrooms. Everything was decorated with class and style appropriate for this amazing older home. Beautifully decorated with such a warm atmosphere made this home so hard to leave.
