We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

Comfortable, cozy, clean, and 10 Second drive or a five-minute walk to the beautiful Greenbrier River. Centrally located to many State Parks including Pipestem, Bluestone, Beartown, and Watoga and the New River Gorge National Park all within 45 minutes and 25 minutes to Greenbrier River Trail. In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Cottage by the Greenbrier

Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.

C and J Cottage is located in the New River Gorge National Park, the newest national park. There is access to Sandstone Landing's patio alongside the New River. It is a fully furnished home with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a beautiful river front view. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. This is Cookie Top Mountain Chalet. We wanted to create a place where not only families, but also their fur babies could enjoy, although we do have a 2 dog maximum. To experience the elegance of the majestic views from our cabin, please plan for travel over a brief period of gravel roads. We recommend an SUV or front wheel drive capable vehicle.
