Beachfront holiday rental in Green Point

We had a lovely stay at Kathy's apartment. Kathy was a great host. She really goes the extra mile. The apartment was clean, safe and modern. We will definitly visit again.

Perfect location close to everything around the city. Would recommend to anyone coming to Cape Town!

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

Felt right at home the moment we walked in. The place is spacious, a few meters from stunning ocean views, and right in the heart of Sea Point. The area felt safe and had everything we needed close by. We loved our stay and were genuinely sad to leave — it gave us the peace and calm we were looking for. A real gem. Thanks, Nick

We got really lucky staying at Paul’s place! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Sea Point, with incredible views and easy access to the promenade. The apartment is super spacious, filled with natural light, a cute balcony, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is perfect if you enjoy cooking at home. Paul was super helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Overall, a cozy, comfortable stay and great value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacqui's place. It was clean, tastefully furnished, clean beddings, nice kitchen. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops and for walks by the sea. She was a lovely and super responsive host. We were delighted to have her drop a heated blanket on one of those cold nights.

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Abwicklung mit Michele hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir würde wieder dieses Appartment wählen Wir hatte einstelle Zeit....

We enjoyed our stay. Wished we stayed longer. We will absolutely book this apartment again when coming to CPT in future. Roland was so welcoming and available when needed. We had a great stay.

Jason's unit was absolutely wonderful. As instructed, we messaged Chris(property manager) from the airport and he was waiting for us in front of the building. After guiding us to the secured parking garage, we checked in on the ground floor, a 2-3 mins process. Then up to the unit where Chris explained how to access building/garage, about area shops and restaurants, recommended local sites & paragliding(loved it!). It made a big difference in getting our bearings. The 2-bedroom unit was meticulously clean w/ lots of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked and thoughtfully laid out (coffee,sugar,cream,paper towels,etc) and the view was incredible. Even the bed was comfortable(important to us) & I’m happy to report we slept well, commenting how comfortable the bed was each morning. The location was excellent, one block from the beach walk and main strip and significantly quieter. Across the street there's a grocer, bakery/restaurant, hair/nail salon, pharmacy, etc. A great place!

We loved our stay here while we were visiting Cape Town. It has an amazing view of the ocean and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy it. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked for our stay, and Naomi was very kind and attentive. There is plenty of space for anywhere from a couple to a large family to stay. We will definitely book this Airbnb again on our next trip to Cape Town!

This place is not only beautiful but the location is unbeatable. On top of that it is fully equipped and the hosts could not be more friendly and responsive. I totally recommend.

At Carnita’s place is very fantastic and walkable place to go out for a beach, mall and market. The beach just the opposite of the building and you can walk down to the V&A, restaurant and much more within 10-15 mins. The building and surrounding is very safe, all security and guard at night in the building. All perfect, can’t say more.

Jacy was a wonderful host. The place was fantastic, quiet, charming with a spectacular view of the harbour. We always felt very safe and well taken care of and would come back any time! Thank you!

Traumhaft gelegen; modern, komplett und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Technisch auf neustem Stand. Ruhig, privat (unverbauter Meerblick), man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.

Beautifully appointed apartment, with all the amenities you could need. Great balcony to sit and enjoy the view and all the activity of the surrounding area. Friendly security. Good position to access all areas along the Atlantic seaboard and the city centre.

It was a great stay in all counts, from location, views, apt exactly as per pics. Nothing but positivity for time spent. Happily return - furthermore, smooth check-in, taking in count that I did last minute booking...Pierre was always available, flexible and responsive. Security guards were also helpful.

Host was very responsive and great to deal with. Only small issue was another unit getting renovated across the hall which meant there was a fair bit of dust in the public areas. Not the hosts fault, but worth mentioning. Apartment was as per pics, plenty space and utilities in the kitchen etc. Parking was also great to have! Would stay here again easily..

‘Where the sun rays dance on the waters like floating jewels.’ The view from the balcony is precious. The apartment block is secure with a rotating team of service members for the block to help support. There is off street parking behind gates. The location is ideal for connecting with Mother Nature including sunrise and sunsets. Morning and evening walks are a must. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and will definitely return. At this time there is some building works alongside the block and the residual noise tends to travel with doors and windows open which can be disturbing. The crew work to reasonable hours and therefore not nuisance. The hosts are welcoming and attentive. The cleaning team pay a high attention to detail. House was great, highly recommend. Wish we had had more heads up on the very loud roof construction going on daily during our stay. We were told 2 days before and offered a refund (no discount) but too late to find an alternative.
