There is also an allocated parking bay available behind security gates. This sea-facing, top floor studio apartment, with secure parking, is in the heart of Sea Point and only 100m from the beachfront promenade and surrounded by large, old trees. It’s near well known international hotels and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a full size integrated fridge. The floor to ceiling clothing cupboards have an extra compartment on the top for luggage storage. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is secure parking on the premises. There is also the option to self check in. Your host won’t be on the property but happy to help should you need anything. Sea Point is one of Cape Town's most vibrant and trendy suburbs. The apartment comes with secure parking and is a stone’s throw from the beachfront. Plus, it's within walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages.
