Holiday rentals with a patio in Greeley

Another great stay at the Carriage House especially with the recent top to bottom remodel. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting FoCo. Highly recommend.

This quaint home is cozy with everything we needed for the weekend. The central location makes for easy access to dining and grocery options with easy day trips to some of Colorado’s favorable mountain adventures. We appreciate the hospitality in this great home away from home. Thank You!

Great place to stay and easy communication with Steve.

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

The place had so many unique features, I can't say enough about it. Our favorite stay in the US! I would adjust my travel dates to stay here again. Everything was high quality, from the linens to the kitchenware, artfully decorated, well appointed, it felt like staying at a friend's house. Very comfy beds, nice flow to the space, we enjoyed the shuffleboard table immensely. Only potential downside is if you can't easily climb stairs.

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

Thanks so much! Your place was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. We had a great time in the area and it was a great place to rest after.

I had an exceptional 3 night experience at Debbie’s cozy craftsman with my mom and 5 month old baby while I was on a work trip. She was flexible with my check in time, made sure I would have access to the pack and play prior to arrival, and the home truly has everything to make our stay comfortable. We made dinner at home each night and my mom was able to take walks with my son every day- the neighborhood is extremely walkable with spacious sidewalks and restaurants nearby. Stellar host and amazing home. Debbie is the best 🩷

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

Nice cozy home. Kitchen nicely stocked, and comfy beds. Home is close to Estes Park, Fort Collins and Loveland.

Was close to UNC campus. Plenty of space. Would stay again.

We enjoyed Caitlin’s place for our visit to CSU Spring Showcase! Well appointed and wonderful communication. Many pots and pans and spices for cooking, games, comfy beds and extra blankets which always makes it feel like home. Definitely recommend!

The Windsor house was exactly as pictured, everything worked perfectly, and the house was extremely clean from top to bottom. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, the tvs all were smart tvs so easy to find things to watch. We were a longer term rental so it was important we felt safe and could make ourselves at home. I highly recommend this rental

Denise is a wonderful host and had a nice unit in a great location. The area is quiet, the unit was clean and well stocked. This is the second time we have stayed here. We are in the area twice a year and when we come back next fall we hope to be able to reserve this unit again.

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

Great place right on main street in Windsor. Beautiful views of the lake, lots of shopping and fun things to do nearby. Great park for kids right across the street. The place is much bigger and homier than the pictures show.

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!

Chute little place. Smaller than expected but we made it work. It was very clean and the host was very responsive.
