Whether on the balcony, in the beach chair of the conservatory or in the communal garden - there are many places that invite you to linger. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a spacious living area with a window front facing the countryside. In addition to the two bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds each, there are two more single beds in the attic. The kitchen is new and very well equipped.

We felt very comfortable in Katja's house. We were there over New Year's Eve with 11 people and everything was as described. Above all, the very well-equipped kitchen with the industrial dishwasher was very convenient for us. The communication in advance was super friendly, Katja was accessible at all times and responded promptly. Check in and check out also worked smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

The house is a dream and you lack nothing! Nothing at all! The location is unique and only a stone's throw from the terrace to the NABU-protected bird pond. During the season, there is a wonderful frog concert every evening. Everyone can read for themselves what else there is to see and experience in and around Freiensteinau. The house itself is tasteful, minimalist and furnished with so much attention to detail that it was difficult for me to leave. I don't think it will be the last time I visit Friedericke and her boyfriend, who, incidentally, are always happy to meet and are always nearby and helpful. Thank you for everything. You have created a wonderful refuge!

We were in the apartment for a short break of two days. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing was missing. Communication was easy and fast, key box directly at the door, check in therefore easy. The apartment is just a little far from the "action". But if you like it quiet, it's just right.
