An atmospheric SPA HOUSE located in Biała Bora k. Grudziądz. An attractive, comfortable place for people who like peace and independence. Quiet, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes by bike to Lake Rudnik. The property can be used all year round. A patio, a garden, a barbecue area, and a fire pit. On the ground floor Living room with an annex, Sauna and Bathroom, upstairs Bedroom. We adhere to the rule ALL INCLUDED, i.e. you pay for everything once. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.
