Our spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a semi detached house. The owners live on the first floor. The apartment lies in a residential area of Winogrady, within the Stare Miasto district of the city. A walk to the Main Square takes about 30 minutes or 15 minutes by a streetcar or 10 minutes by car/ taxi. Cytadela, the large park on the site of a 19th-century fortified area, is a 3 minute walk away. A car ride to the Poznan Airport takes about 20 minutes and to the Poznan International Fair site about 10 minutes. There are three bedrooms, one with a double size bed, two with twin beds, and a spacious living room with an additional sofa bed to accommodate two more people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, separate toilet room and terrace. Includes Internet WiFi, TV. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette with a fireplace and a bedroom with a desk for work. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Peace and quiet. The whole place is on the ground floor of a house that's free-standing surrounded by greenery. Getting to the center about 8 km by several bus lines. Parking spots by the fence. We provide free parkingin front of the house or paid under the shelter 40 PLN/day.We offer bikes for rent 50 PLN / day.
