Cozy settlement with fenced grounds per house - great for traveling with a dog. Private access to the lake can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Again, a large area is fenced - great for dogs again. Surroundings quiet (at least in May). Supermarkets or the like rather not accessible without a car. Host very friendly and accommodating. House has everything you need (except oven - better not bring baked rolls;) ) The highlight is of course the private and heated hot tub. Especially nice when it's colder outside. We enjoyed it very much. A little bit of what the luxury costs. There are relatively many extra costs to be paid in cash. The costs are not hidden (and partly optional) because it is clearly stated in the description and also on request, but a total price would basically be nicer. Overall, however, a great break for us and our dog!!

Great place to relax in the midst of nature! A hot tub, a fireplace, and a beautiful forest setting create the perfect conditions for relaxing. I recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

The Old River cottage is a true oasis of peace. Surrounded by greenery, it offers not only beautiful views, but also a great opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sound of trees, birdsong, and clean air create the perfect conditions for relaxing. A home like this is a great place to calm down, meditate, or create. However, it's a good idea to be prepared appropriately for the proximity of nature, which may entail some challenges, such as not having access to some amenities. Still, for nature lovers, it's a true paradise!

We spent some very nice days in Witkowek. The house has a modern design and is very well equipped, so that you can spend a good time there even on rainy days and also cat and dog came to visit us regularly. There were no difficulties, Maria answered all questions quickly and her familiy passed by, to solve our special wishes. The house is remote, the landscape is not very exciting but spacious. It is the perfect place to get away from the city and spend time with friends. There is not so much to do in the immediate vicinity. But if you feel like city or mountains, you can make day trips to Wrocław or to the Czech border.

Beautiful Holidays, nice spacious house with pool, hot tub . Comfortable rooms , living room with large table for family and group celebration. Fully equipped kitchen. The area around is very attractive for various needs, forests, a river, ponds , where you can fish and take idyllic moments. Fire pit, hiking, bike tours. You can play volleyball on the property, there is a table tennis table and a Finnish sauna. Very kind and helpful host. Sielly angelic.

The house is an experience! Very characteristically decorated, really a house with personality! The garden is very shady, which is a shame if you are really a sun worshipper. The garden furniture was renewed to state-of-the-art! Very comfortable. Really a very special house that can be repeated. The owner is very helpful and very friendly. In short; recommended!

Great place in a great location. The host lives nearby, making communication and service very good. Nevertheless, you always have your privacy throughout the property. We had no significant criticisms and were completely satisfied. Clear recommendation, especially for the price.

Very nice stay. My family and I left for Easter, we enjoyed the sauna and the water log. The space is very clean and made to a high standard. I recommend it especially for two couples with children (two bedrooms and one shared open for children). It's worth mentioning that the house is a duplex divided into two apartments for rent. Very friendly and communicative host.

Very nice place, everything as described, our stay exceeded all expectations. Clean, nice,cozy and has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Our stay in this fantastic house in the Polish forest was simply unforgettable. Surrounded by nature, an idyllic lake and a picturesque pond, it was the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind. The house itself is a real gem – with so many lovingly thought out details and recreational opportunities that we never got bored: a pool table, table tennis, a relaxing sauna and a soothing hot tub made for perfect feel-good moments. Even social evenings were well taken care of – with a gas grill, a charcoal grill and a cozy fireplace that created a wonderfully homely atmosphere. We also want to highlight the hospitality: the host was always available, responded quickly and helpful to our questions and made us feel completely welcome. An absolute insider tip – we will definitely be back and can recommend this place to everyone.
