I have stayed at divya's place for one night for a birthday party with my 10 friends. It was a amazing stay. The hall was very spacious and comfy for everyone. The surroundings of that place are quite and peaceful. They have all ameneties which they have mentioned. The pool was awesome in this time of hot summer. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean and can have upto 10-16 persons easily. Divya is a great and responsive host. The garden is beautiful and they have nice parking space also. Special mention to caretaker Kishan + 1 they both are very helpful and responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and my birthday becomes memorable. Looking forward to stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort I needed.

I had a great stay! The room and washroom were very clean and well-maintained. Lokesh, the caretaker, took care of everything and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. He was helpful, polite, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, a very good experience – would definitely recommend!

The stay was simply amazing. I had a lots of fun, the place itself has amazing vibes and host was very easy to talk to. The caretaker at property is very humble. I'll definitely come back.

For guest requirement adequate tea, biscuits and other ingredients placed. We all had very comfortable and good time.

Our stay is very beautiful at this place. Peaceful and secure residential area. Host is very helpful. I forgot my cabin bag pin not sure what to do. Sachin and Preethi used their trick to open that.

I had a great stay at Beir's property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The place is close to the India Expo exhibition centre. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. A special mention to the caretaker, Sabal Singh, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. He helped us with some delicious breakfast as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely stay here again!

Priyanka’s place was so beautiful — I really loved it! It’s very close to Delhi, so if you’re planning to visit for a party or a getaway, you can stay here. It truly felt like home. Priyanka herself was so positive and welcoming. I felt strong, safe, and completely at ease… like I belonged. It was raining that day, and the room we stayed in was perfect. It was a one-bedroom space with a cozy drawing room and an attached balcony. The balcony opened up to a lovely garden, and with the rain falling, the atmosphere was magical. My partner and I danced in the rain! it was such a beautiful and relaxing moment. I genuinely loved the experience. It’s hard to describe the feeling in words, but it felt like being in the mountains. The cool air, the peaceful vibe… it was simply unforgettable.

I was impressed with the host. Rahul ji was very friendly and responsive host. Property location was exactly at the pin point of location shared by host.We arrived a bit late, but Rahul ji was there, waiting for us. House was neat and clean and host was clear with instructions about everything like usage of things available at house. It’s a stand alone building, so privacy was the best thing here. You can order food/ beverages from app and you can cook also if you like to(Well established kitchen ). Parking is available . Loved the stay with my friends and enjoyed it very much.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with a group of 6-7 friends! The property was perfect for our small gatherings and parties—spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. Fabulous place at heart of Delhi. House is very spacious,looked exactly as shown in pictures. You essentially have entire top floor for you, at affordable price. Location is fantastic, lots of cafe's and restaurants within 4-5 mins of walking distance, and 24/7 shop just in front of building. Two Metro stations are 15 mins walking, and delivery services are readily available. Vijay ji is exceptional host and he is totally flexible with check-in and checkout timings. He allowed me to check in at 9am, that too at very short notice. He was personally available at check-in and gave short tour of house. During checkout, I had my train in evening, and He allowed me to wait in house due to intense heat outside almost till checkin of next guests, till 1pm, at no extra costs. Windowed AC however,felt bit insufficient for big room,(not a big deal,it just took some extra time to cool) and one could be installed in living room as well. Overall it was good exp, will come here anytim I'm in delhi

Apartment was neat & clean, well equipped with furniture. Felt like home, uncle - aunty is very helpful & cooperative. Hope will visit here again when will be in Faridabad.

Easy to find and get In. Cool place with open and close facility. Nicely decorated with two car parking. AC seems new but one of was not cooling in one room but in march weather was good so we adjusted. Basic utensils like small bowls, spoons, glasses should be there in kitchen. We cook the things and enjoyed. Mosquito could be an issue at outside.
