Wonderful. Felt like we were in a tree house.

Pilot Cove offered my family of 4 (plus dog) a wonderful experience at the doorstep to Pisgah and Brevard. Loved being close to the Hub and the food and coffee truck at the bottom of the hill were great. I enjoyed drinking an Americano from the coffee truck on my way into the Forest or after a long trail run on the Art Loeb trail. The walking trails on the property were the perfect place to walk the dog (though several downed trees cross the path). The house was simple but fit ours needs as we spent most of our time outdoors. Overall we loved Pilot Cove and will be back!

Cute little cabin in a peaceful spot just outside of Pisgah National Forrest. Close to delicious food trucks and even downtown Brevard. We were able to rest and enjoy equally with this stay.

The Pilot Cove cabin was a wonderful spot; we visited the Pisgah National Forest, Sliding Rock, Looking Glass Falls, and the Blue Ridge Parkway to Asheville! I highly recommend this lovely location!

Wow, a great place where you can become one with nature. You find yourself immersed in taking in the views morning, noon, and night. Pilot Cove is a peaceful community and had feel of a place tucked well into the mountains but just on the edge of town. A true favorite!

My husband and I recently stayed at Pilot Cove, seeking some much-needed relaxation and a chance to connect with nature. This retreat was everything we hoped for and more. The room was incredibly comfortable, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay truly rejuvenating. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. It was fantastic to have the option to cook our own meals, which not only added a homey feel to our stay but also helped us save money on dining out. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was a wonderful surprise. While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the floors needed a good vacuuming. However, these were minor issues in the grand scheme of things. Overall, Pilot Cove provided us with a perfect getaway. We left feeling relaxed and reconnected with nature. We will definitely be returning and recommend it to others.

The host was extremely responsive and understanding. They were helpful and willing to fix any issues that arose during our stay. I would definitely go back.

This was my second time to stay at Pilot Cove this year and I will be back. The cabins are conveniently located and have everything you need. The minimal design is appealing as well. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! The location was private, peaceful and quiet. Nice views of the golf course and the mountains. Durrell was responsive and a good host.

Our family visited mid-December to experience the Polar Express! The views from the cabin were absolutely stunning, the hot tub was very much appreciated by this tired mama, and the home was very spacious for our large group. I loved the guest cabin as well for added privacy for my in-laws! The proximity to downtown Bryson City was just a short 7 minute drive which was great with littles and nap schedules. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Robert was very knowledgeable about the area, personable and helpful. The gallery was lovely and I even purchased a beautiful piece of art. If I’m ever in the area again I won’t hesitate to book this beautiful studio again.

Thank you Denise for sharing your wonderful condo with my family. We enjoyed each day of our stay. The pictures on airbnb doesn't do it justice. Like another reviewer stated, I'm hesitate to say too much about how nice the place is do to more bookings. I can see my family returning here often.

Check in on Sunday was delayed due to the resort not the host, Sundays they said are a busy check in day. host was quick to respond and helped with anything needed. Resort was beautiful with multiple pools and the onsite restaurant was yummy and has a star bucks. Be prepared for the road being kind steep switch backs. Ours was toward the bottom of the resort but we frequented to top pool. Can drive yourself or take a shuttle.

This place was great. I am a traveling student who needed a long term stay and this air bnb offered everything I needed. It was a peaceful place to study and relax.

Daisuke was an excellent host and communicated perfectly for what our needs were. The pictures looked a lot different compared to our in person view (the winter) so just be ware of that if wanting scenic pictures. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable visit to Lake Junaluska and Waynesville. Always wonderful places to visit! The home we rented with very nice and very comfortable. Lots of good seating inside and outside. Only request was for an outdoor fan on the porch to help make the evenings even more enjoyable. Overall a great place to spend a few days to unwind.

The property manager Brooke was so responsive and on top of everything! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The accommodations at the Lake Toxaway home our group rented were absolutely outstanding! Brooke Halford and the owners have carefully curated memory making moments; from the hand hewn pottery coffee mugs & tableware, the unique artwork adorning the walls, the exceptional selection of furnishings that make it so easy to cozy up and feel at home, to the hummingbird feeders cleverly placed above the swinging chair on the deck providing guests with early morning magical encounters, attention has clearly been paid to every detail. The location couldn’t have been any better with amazing hiking trails just a few miles drive away. Our faves were Whitewater Falls, Rainbow & Turtleback Falls, Triple Falls & Foothill Trails.

Very spacious accommodations. Easy to park and get in and out of. Able to have separate area from other visitors in the party which made for more a comfortable stay. Very clean and well maintained. Retractable gates on all the stairs made this momma happy and less stressed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The outside area was peaceful and delightful. Would definitely recommend.

Me and my friends came to visit TN and stayed at this cabin and it was beautiful!! You're close to The Islands and Gatlinburg and get to just be surrounded by nature and other cabins out there. It was very nice and the host was very responsive

Everything was great. We went on our honeymoon and wanted something away from everything. This place was very relaxing. The only downfall (which was not the hosts fault) was the people next door to us had a dog that barked non stop and ran all over the place constantly and the guy who owned the dog stayed in our back yard area fishing constantly. Didn’t have any privacy on our back deck for the hot tub because he was constantly out there or at our fire pit. Everything else was nice and would stay again.

The room had a balcony that showed a beautiful view of the mountains.
