Townhouse holiday rentals in Great Smoky Mountains

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Bill was a great host and very responsive. There was a lot of space and the layout was opening and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and it was nice having the washer and dryer. I would definitely go back again.

Aida was wonderfully helpful. We stayed over Christmas and liked it so much that we are now renting for close to a year while building our home. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable with every amenity you can think of. We are grateful to have found such a lovely place with such wonderful landlords. Karen and Bill

This was a wonderful getaway! My boys and I really enjoyed this townhome and the location. Also if we had forgotten anything it was there on site, they had everything for us there. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!

One of the most well thought out and organized AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was clearly labeled in all locations around the house. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of great utensils. The back deck was very pleasant to sit and listen to the local brewery nearby. Don’t worry they stop playing music early. Easy walk to town. Highly recommend The Rice Wagon and Iron Wok.

Good location, close to restaurants and skiing, but very quiet. Good space inside, with big tvs in every room, board games, Foosball, washer, dryer, full kitchen. Small area out back with seating, but it's a little boxed in. Good spot for a future jacuzzi, perhaps :). Host was very responsive and check in was easy. Just a simple code that activates at rental time provided on the day.

Cayce was very helpful and responsive. Her rental unit was exactly as described and wonderfully appointed. It was on a quiet dead end street just minutes drive from all the amenities one could need. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is close to everything, but also quiet and secluded. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed, and it was very clean. We cannot wait to come back.

We have stayed at lots of Airbnb’s and this is one of my favorites! The place is spotless, everything seems brand new, and beautiful higher end decor. The place had lots of little extras like fancy White Barn soap, snacks and drinks, even sore muscle bath tub soak! The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet, which is the main reason we stay in Airbnb‘s and even the neighbors were friendly! Hosts would always respond right away with any questions and very friendly! We will definitely book again if we are in town!

Even better than the pictures! We enjoyed our stay it was like staying in 3 master bedrooms. The 2 upstairs rooms have their own toilet and vanity room and share a shower. All of the rooms are very spacious.

Loved this place! We were so close to all the attractions and so very close to Dollywood!!! we were with my mother-in-law and she doesn’t like staying up in the mountains so she was very very pleased. The place was beautiful and the kids room was so much fun, our daughter absolutely loved it! The inside of the townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated! My whole family loved everything about it!

Beautiful location that’s easy to get to and far enough away from main roads, but close enough to easily experience everything the area has to offer. Great small private community that would never even know existed if you didn’t drive back this house.

Luxurious place to stay! Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, king sized beds & new bathrooms. Master Bath shower was fantastic! Hot tub was wonderful under the stars & the horse farm behind with such beautiful horses was serene. Very quiet area & extremely convenient to unload with parking directly in front at the entry door, which was wonderful since it was pouring when we arrived. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy, clean & communicative! The hosts were welcoming before I set foot in the door. I had no difficulties following their instructions for check in & appreciated the private space for my car. When I entered the townhome I noticed the cleanliness and the decor - which was amazing. There wasn't a thing I could suggest that would add to the space. I was comfortable in each area, especially the screened in deck space. A highlight was listening to the babbling of Baskins Creek & enjoying the scenery. Although there was traffic it wasn't overly noisy. Another highlight was the convenience of walking into the downtown area & The Village which is my favorite spot! The pool was an added perk :) I would definitely stay there again & do recommend the townhome to others.

Looked even better than pictures and was super spacious. There were no weird smells in the place and the neighborhood was quiet.
