Laura's place was spotless and very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a lovely stay close to Ettalong beach and hope to stay again in the future.

I booked this air BnB for my husband and I to stay at for our wedding weekend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The whole house was immaculate, and had the most beautiful views! Would definitely visit again!

Reflections on the water is a truly magical place to stay. The rooms are generous and there was enough living space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids to relax without ever feeling cramped. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Supplied linens were clean and luxurious. Comfy beds and adequate cooling. Some areas of the house in need of deep cleaning. Things we though weren't supplied were there, eg: hand soap, cleaning products, some pantry basics, but it was hit and miss. Previous posts mentioned lots of platters for entertaining but there was only one! The area is quiet and peaceful. Great for fishing, swimming off the jetty or boating (pack your own fenders). Overall, we had an awesome family stay and would recommend the property highly.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Our group of 4 had the perfect stay. Watching the moon rise over the northern headland and surf at Boomerang beach was spectacular. A huge pod of dolphins close to shore were also delighted with the early rising moon. The Recky, which is only minutes away was the place to eat and watch the sunset. This ideally situated beach pad townhouse, close to Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach would suit a family on school holidays or a small group. The surf lifesaving club on Elizabeth had the flags set up and were actively patrolling during the NSW Easter School hols. A great working space kitchen and a fabulously large, comfortable L-shaped lounge in the separate but adjoining lounge room with big screen tv. No internet, however we were able to hotspot from our phone to access Netflix. Just note that you will need data and be smart phone/tv savvy. Thanks Michelle for making our stay very enjoyable.

Property condition was aligned with the description (small remark: the balcony is a bit outdated and might need a renovation soon).. Location is PERFECT for those wanting to explore hunter valley / visit the main wineries in the region. In the morning, if you are lucky you can enjoy kangaroos walking around . Last but not least: friendly and very responsive staff. Worth the visit

We had a lovely stay. The house was so close to the beach you could almost hear the waves. Just across the road was a cafe/restaurant which did great coffee and breakfast. About a 6 min walk to the main strip of shops which includes fish and chips, cafe, pizza, bottle shop, small grocer and more. The house didn’t have aircon but the fans kept it surprisingly cool. All of things you could need in the kitchen and just an overall lovely space to stay in. The outdoor shower is divine after a dip in the ocean. Thanks again we would definitely come back!

We love staying here - it is our third visit. It's a great house, in a great spot with everything needed for a wonderful relaxed holiday.

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

This spacious family-friendly location was more than enough for us to enjoy a get-away to the Hunter Valley region. Thank you, George

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

This was a last minute find for us but it was just amazing. There were 3 ensuites and 1 main bathroom which made the stay for 4 of us couples with kids amazing. The living space was huge with a very comfortable couch, I only wish the TV was a bit bigger. The outdoor areas are well equipped with sufficient seating and spots to relax and enjoy. The house was clean however had a few cobwebs underneath dining chairs and some really big spiders roaming about but other than that it was spotless.

Lovely stay in the Hunter Valley, loved how well the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the place was great for our kids and mum also staying. We were at the top of the hill which was a little tricky to find, but was worth it once we made it and saw the view.

The house was clean and tidy, great Airbnb for kids with toys, games, treehouse, swings and trampoline on the property. And of course the pool which was in perfect condition.

Family villa @ Magenta is a lovely gem. Located in a great location so it is easy to walk to all the pools, beach and facilities but very peaceful. The villa has been freshly painted and a renovated bathroom, everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Forster! The house was lovely—very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

I'm from Germany and if I read "Villa", I expect more than a big bungalow with just basics. The amenities like the buttons for the spa need replacing, the stove wasn't in best shape either as you need to light it up with a lighter, which is provided. The main bedroom with the large bed was in fact two single mattresses put together, not so nice to sleep on the hard edge when cuddling your partner.

Nice apartment on the vineyard. Well equipped with beautiful views from the deck. Lovely swimming pool and bonus complimentary wine and olive tasting! You can also walk between 2 other wineries and there are other good ones 5 min drive plus a dairy farm! Nice to stay in a new part of the hunter away from the heavily touristy vineyards.

Fantastic location and spotless accommodation! The property was very clean and neat. Beds were comfy and Morpeth only a two min drive away. The only downside was the noisy fridge which could be heard over the TV and with bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.

We stayed at Jo’s place with my sisters’ family, 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was perfect for us. The 2 main rooms had 2 king sized, comfortable beds and clean bedding. The large loft style area was perfect for the kids, it was set up as 3 single beds and they had their own space to play. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen, laundry and bathroom necessities. There were also books and games available for our use which was really handy. The heated pool was close by, just a short walk up from the property and the water was perfectly warm. We used the pool and spa every day even though it was raining on and off during our stay, as it was covered and very comfortable temperature. Jo provided lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We kept it a pretty chill couple of days with the rain, but would love to explore more the next time we visit. Check in/out was very flexible and instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.
