Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.
