The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

Appletree cottage is a Grade II listed, newly restored country building in the stunning Suffolk village of Chelsworth. Self contained and private, ideal for a weekend away, or longer stay. With a sunny south facing window seat and view into the garden. Our beautiful rural location is a perfect base to explore Suffolk. There are riverside walks or over the fields to the surrounding villages. Historic Lavenham is 5 miles away. A highly awarded pub a 5 minute walk and village shop 2 miles.

The annexe is accessed via a private patio overlooking a moat and gardens. The setting is very peaceful. We are surrounded by farmland and footpaths. It’s the ideal location for a romantic getaway or for friends to use as a base to explore Constable country and the many cycle routes, footpaths & pubs. A private patio is perfect for Summer BBQs.

The historic village of Needham Market has great transportation links via rail and road across the region to the coast, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and into London. Needham Market is a great central Suffolk location, from here it is quick & easy to get to see all the sights across Suffolk, from Southwold to Lavenham, Framlingham to Woodbridge you can explore easily from this historic and well connected market town.
