This is a newly remodeled home. There are two beds one queen, one twin and one bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa upstairs and futon in the basement provide greater capacity for larger groups. But watch out if you are tall, the ceilings are short in the basement. This house features a wonderful perennial garden with a great variety of plants. It is centrally located in the heart of downtown, 1 block from a grocery store and a very short walk to the downtown bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!
