Absolutely beautiful place to get away from the city. Quiet and cozy such an amazing space. Had everything we needed for the long weekend. The river space is so calming and picnic supplies are provided. Unfortunately it was raining most of our stay so we didn’t get to use the outdoor bath or fire but the indoor fire worked a treat. Overall it was such a beautiful space to stay for the long weekend and it smells amazing.

Catherine was an incredible host and Firetail Cottage is stunning. Perfect for a weekend away, cottage is modern, clean and feels like home and you can immediately relax and unwind. The outdoor spa is a lovely relaxing addition. Property is stunning with great views over the Capertee Valley. We will be back soon! :)

We were in town for a wedding. The place was perfect for our weekend away, with everything we needed. Everything was in great condition and beautifully furnished with super comfy beds! The sauna was great. Claire offered a free night as the spa was broken which was an awesome touch! The place is in a convenient location being close to the centre of town. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best airbnb weve stayed at. Quiet and peaceful, amazing cottage with bath and fire place, outdoor area for wine and cheese in the evening.. loved it there !!

We had a lovely weekend away at Vale Cottage. The home is both spacious and cosy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cottage is well located behind the main street in Rylstone. We really love Rylstone, a beautiful little town with sweet shops and cafes. Our kids enjoyed the playground near the showground, which inc a flying fox. Charlotte was an excellent host and was superhelpful and responsive.

This was a lovely cottage and obviously well looked after. It was a perfect size for a family of four with everything we needed. It was a bit chilly at night but the heating appliances worked a treat throughout the whole home. A really thoughtful care package was also left for us upon arrival, really makes a difference! We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this getaway because our family needed to slow down and hit the reset button. This home is absolute perfection. It has every touch to feel like home and everything you need. It’s like walking in to the comforts of your own home and sitting down. It’s peaceful, secluded and spectacular. Gina was incredible and made us feel so at home. Thank you for the reset that we needed. Mudgee definitely has our heart.

Second time at the Black Shed - we love the property, the surroundings and the hosts being so helpful and responsive, but at the same time giving you lots of privacy - highly recommended stunning property in the vineyard, with the bonus of being offered a bottle from the very vineyard you’re staying on. Lovely decor, super comfortable beds with crisp linen, everything spotless clean. We will be back for sure 🙂

Very easy to communicate with Sue and Nick from booking through to check-out. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook for our four children. The backyard was a lovely plus for them to play while we had our morning cuppa. The rooms were tidy and the house was beautifully furnished but without a million breakable ornaments that we always worry about.

We really appreciated Sam and Tessa’s hospitality. The house was great with plenty of room for two couples, two dogs and a baby. The dogs loved the huge back yard and we really enjoyed the indoor fireplace.

We had the most amazing two days here. The home and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and everywhere you look, there’s something special to take in. From peaceful walks right outside the house, to a bath overlooking the bush, and waking up to kangaroos at the window, it was pure magic. The space had everything we needed, and Denny was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our stay. I truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Do yourself a favour and book this place!

We had a fabulous stay at Alex’s place. Lovely cottage right in town but in a quiet friendly street. We had our two fur babies with us and they were very safe and happy in the enclosed backyard. Tidy kitchen with everything you need should you wish to cook, comfy lounge room with chrome cast so you can steam movies. Great shower and spa bath! Slept well in the beds with quality linen. Overall a great stay, we’ll definitely choose Alex’s place again when we next visit our friends in Orange.

Liliana place was amazing! As a get away location, being one with the animals and stargazing at night - I'd recommend this stay to anyone! It was super clean, stocked up with little things that just made the stay so much better. Waking up to the gorgeous animals right outside the window was always a treat and the greatest way to start the day! Thanks again Lilian for a great stay!

Such a great location - very easy walk to local parks, shops and restaurants. And also has a well equipped kitchen for eating in at home with seperate dining and living spaces. Thanks for such a lovely stay Kamila.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Easy to walk into town and a great base to explore the area from. Perfect yard for our dog to run about. House was beautifully clean, and my son loved the big bath. Nicole was super helpful and kind. Thanks for having us Nicole.

Our stay at Crested Pidgeon Cottage was such a treat! I’ve stayed at over 30 Airbnb’s, in over 15 countries…and this was my favorite experience thus far. Clive the Camel was the selling point, but the entire stay was great. It was so peaceful, and the nature watching was top notch. We saw a family of kangaroo on the drive in, got to watch the sheep, alpaca and camel out the back door, and plenty of bird watching as well. We also got an extra special surprise when we found out she was fostering a joey, which we got to meet and hold. Emmie was super friendly and we learned a lot about their farm and the area. We enjoyed it so much we ended up staying an extra night. If you are in need of accommodations in the area, I highly recommend!

A cottage with lots of atmosphere. Enjoyed staying here. As advertised the dogs are friendly. Can't remember seeing any reference to no cooktop or oven (my reading?) although with the electric fry pan, electric wok, BBQ and microwave I can't say they were missed much. Thanks for the stay.

What a lovely cottage to spend a weekend away in Rylsetone. Great location with proximity to the town, very cute and thoughtful country themed decor, and very comfy beds. Margie was a lovely host, and my friends and I had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Stone Mill cottage. Mandy has thought of everything and you just can not beat the location. If you find yourself in Bathurst for a few days, try and book the Stone Mill Cottage. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Mandy, Hope to see you on my next visit

An absolutely gorgeous cottage, beautifully appointed and with lovely views. We were left a welcome bottle of local wine and fresh eggs from our hosts chickens. All the vineyards and attractions we wanted to visit were within an easy drive. We couldn’t recommend this lovely cottage highly enough. We will definitely suggest it to family and friends.
