Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grattai

This farm stay was an absolutely delight! A peaceful oasis for our trip to Bathurst. The calm peaceful environment made for a lovely stay and the farm house was such a treat to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and friendly sheep that would welcome us each night!

Beautiful home in a really central area of Mudgee. The street was quiet, tucked away but still a very short walk to the city centre and grocery store. The house itself was clean, and slept a group of 8 friends extremely well, with plenty of room. I would absolutely recommend staying here - it would suit a large group of friends but also families.

The hosts were very warm & welcoming. The location is excellent- close enough to town while being nestled into the farm pasture. The surroundings were lovely & the breakfast was generous & thoughtful. As it's a working farm, there are noises with this but this was clearly communicated in the description & this was quite minimal. The host saw us & stopped for a chat, showing my daughter the sheep he had just round up. The older cottage had been thoughtful decorated & there were plenty of extra blankets & reading materials available. Overall the stay was very enjoyable & relaxing.

We had a great stay at McIntosh cottage, house was clean and well stocked, and a great layout and setup. Great location everything was as described and Janet and Curt were responsive and helpful

Our stay at Andrews was a very homely experience. Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, neat and homely. The electric fireplace on the wall was a winner when snuggling with the kids on the couch. The communication we received was over and beyond. The house was very close to the centre of town, shops and supermarkets. I would I recommend this home to a small family or a a couple. We drove the Bathurst track and visited the car museum which was only a few minutes drive from the house. We left numerous amounts of items at the house and Andrew went over and beyond to get them back to us. Thanks Andrew 🙌🏻 Parking was extremely easy and the street was nice and quiet.

Exemplary and well presented cottage style - so very well renovated. Spacious and well appointed bedrooms - beds were very comfortable and warm. Whole house was a real treat to stay and relax in. Kitchen had everything you need to self cater. Excellent host who made sure we were welcome and had everything we needed. Even a special delivery late at night with an extra medical kit due to one of us having an accident (our own fault!)! We were very comfortable and appreciated the offer-street parking for our three cars. To top it off the welcome pack was perfect - very discerning!

We had a great time, excellent space for families and the kids had a blast in the shared room and with the backyard space. Great communal areas to hang out and catch up.

We had a great stay in the beautifully presented house for Orange's FOOD week. The house was conveniently located to town, comfortable and well-appointed and and Meg was a responsive host.

This was absolutely my favourite stay of our epic Family Road Trip. I felt so at home at Emily’s place and more than a bit pampered!The decor, facilities, space, personal touches and views were all perfect. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend to anyone seeking a super special getaway.

I (Kerrie) was visiting for 5 weeks to help with the birth of my first grandkid. Margaret's place was lovely and convenient. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere - goof for my fitness! It was exactly what we needed for an enjoyable and easy long term stay. Thanks

Fantastic residence with everything we needed. Walking distance to town, roomy residence with lovely garden. Easy parking even with a camper. It had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at Mortimer’s studio AirBnb. The place was very clean and cosy - we loved having dinner on the deck overlooking the beautiful vineyard, and snuggling up on the couch with the indoor fireplace. The place was very private, however we did often hear people walking around in the upstairs airbnb. This wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t detract from our time here. It was a bit windy to get a fire started in the fire pit, but we’d definitely stay here again just to sit amongst the vineyards with a glass of wine and the fire pit!

The perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Mudgee! Right in town so east to walk to everything. Beautiful house, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Helena was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cellar, conveniently located just 8 minutes by car from Dubbo. The property was immaculately maintained, featuring expansive lawn areas and comfortable bench seating that proved perfect for both active recreation, like kicking a ball around, and peaceful relaxation while taking in the serene country views. Tracy, our host, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

A lovely place that was ideally located , close to the CBD and walking distance to everything we needed during our short stay in beautiful Mudgee. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of space for dining and relaxing in. We loved the outdoor space which we had our breakfast in as it was private and very inviting. Hoping to return in the future!

We loved our stay at Hilltop Farm. The cabin had every need catered for & was very cozy! The location was only a 5min drive from the edge of town but felt like a world away. The surrounds were a perfect choice for our little county escape.

This is some really beautiful accommodation in lovely grounds, with a pool, tennis courts, rose gardens and a beautiful area down by the creek. The cottage we were in has all the mod cons and a great spa bath. Wine, cheese and crackers on arrival, plus eggs and bacon for breaky! So good!

My wife and I recently stayed at Zensi Villa for her Birthday. We had an awesome Weekend of relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at the villa. What you see in the pictures is Exactly what you get, the facilities are amazing from the sauna to the plunge pool and the outdoor fire pit. The best part for me is having the animals wandering so close to the Villa you cant help but form a little bond with them no matter how short your stay. The property is still close enough to town but far enough away that you get the sense of privacy and seclusion, Our second night we stayed at the property watched the sun set and cooked our own dinner on the outdoor fire pit and it was truly amazing. My only gripe is the security cameras on the external walls of the residence, Especially the one pointing directly at the Pool and outdoor fire pit I cant help but feel they did take away a little from the experience as it felt a little big brotherish. All in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zensi

Simon was an excellent host. He provided such in depth details in relation to the directions, check-in and check-out. He also provided an ipad which allowed us to view different activities available around Orange, and insights on different features of the suite. The view was absolutely amazing, and we definitely made the most of it during our stay! This destination is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed at Simon’s Air BnB for our 5-year anniversary, and we cannot recommend highly enough. The tranquility and aesthetics of the location cannot be overstated. The homely, tasteful touches made the space feel warm and luxurious. Highlights include expansive views over the property, generous mini bar / breakfast bar, and the stone bathtub that very comfortably fits two people (a true rarity!). Check-in was a breeze and the privacy was very reassuring. We would absolutely come back the next time that we’re in Orange. Thank you for our stay!
