Holiday rentals with a patio in Grasse

The location and view from the apartment is stunning. Natasha and Pete were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy, as they live above the apartment. We were fortunate to arrive the day before Le Bar-sur-Loup’s Orange Festival, so enjoyed being part of the town, the festivities and the local people. For a stay in such a location, with many things to do within easy reach, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with beautiful views, not far from Cabris and Grasse, the interesting perfume capital. Very friendly, jovial and helpful host. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the large jacuzzi outside because it is only available from June.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

An excellent stay! Where to start to describe the place and not forget anything!? First of all, the accommodation is very comfortable, well decorated and modern (new equipment in the kitchen, bright and airy bathroom, air conditioning in the bedroom, in short, nothing is missing). The garden is very quiet and peaceful, sunny with also corners in the shade of trees. The host is very friendly. The perfect combination for a perfect vacation!

Fantastic view from every room and excellent location in the village with gourmet restaurants, two boulangeries and a Wednesday market practically on the doorstep. The flat was light, airy and very clean. A great place for excursions to the coast, exceptional art galleries or the pre-Alpes mountains for walking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very good location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers

A gorgeous view in a lovely part of town. The host was very helpful with check in and recommendations. The accommodations were very thoughtful. The balcony is perfect for morning and evening relaxing. I highly recommend this rental. So easy to get to Old Nice and Ville Franche Sur Mer.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deckchairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

We just stayed a week with Lucas and Elaine. Everything went really well, from the warm welcome to the departure. Lucas and Elaine are the most friendly hosts and during our stay, we were able to chat and get to know each other. They were discreet, but we can only share time with them, so much, the place is enchanting and the daily exchanges brought a very friendly touch to our stay. Lucas and Elaine did everything to make our stay go well. The accommodation, freshly renovated with great taste, a very well-equipped kitchen, a well-ventilated bathroom as well as quality bedding, with very wide beds. I can only recommend this place, very quiet, with views of the lavender fields, the sunset on Mont Ventoux. Not to mention the beauty of the landscapes, the market in Riez, all the charm of Provence and charming hosts.

We had a great time at Charlotte’s beautiful house. Nothing was too much trouble and she kindly provided a whole array of baby accessories such as a cot/ bath and high chair at our request! Air conditioning was in two of the bedrooms - ideally would have liked it in all but fans were provided. The house was stunning and clean and we loved using the outdoor court yards for each meal. The swimming pool was also a big hit. The owners recommended Auberge du Vieux chateau for my mother’s birthday meal and it was outstanding- in the local town of Cabris. A must. Hosts very approachable and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house to others :)

Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautifully maintained and equipped with great amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive and a great communicator, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was the location; we had to drive everywhere to reach local attractions, dining options, and grocery stores, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay, as long as you're okay with driving to get around.

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Dominique and his wife were very friendly and helpful. My windscreen was smashed in Nice and Dominique and his wife helped us to temporarily cover the windscreen with cardboard and a rubbish bag. They even tried to get me a new windscreen, unfortunately unsuccessfully, because it would have to be ordered and that would not have worked in time. Since we were in the accommodation for 10 days, his wife even offered to wash our laundry. The accommodation was really nice and had everything you need. The pool and the view were beautiful. If we were to go down again, we would definitely take the accommodation again. Thanks again to both of you

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

Roni’s place was perfect for us. We were looking for a bright clean space so that my wife could draw, and I could write and able to punctuate our work with close brasseries and great restaurants. We settled in within minutes and the three days we spend in the flat was just right. We had dinner on the balcony as the sun set, which was a highlight. It is only two blocks away from the Tram so easy to get to and from the airport and two blocks away from the Old City. Thanks for a good Mediterranean break. Cheers Doug & Di

Sylvia is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is super cozy. In addition, it is extremely well equipped, there is actually everything you need. We therefore often cooked ourselves. The pool can be reached within 10 seconds (I timed it) and the complex is fantastic: the tennis court, the fragrant pine trees and the tranquillity on a warm summer's day. We would book again at any time! Thank you!
