Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

I vardagsrummet finns 1 bäddsoffa med sovplats för 2 personer. Köket är utrustat med kyl som har frysfack, spis, micro, vattenkokare samt kaffebryggare. Matplats för 4 personer. I allrummet finns en soffa, bord, fåtöljer, tv och en mysig kamin. Badrumsavdelningen består av stort duschrum, bastu och separat WC. Stor altan med loungegrupp och grill.

You can even choose to have a warm water or cold in the tub. In the main house you find a nice and easy-to-use fireplace to make your evening cozy and warm. The beds are comfy both in the main- or in the guest- house. Start your morning with an excellent coffee, made in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy the rest of the day around.

Nybyggd gäststuga (2020) på ca 30 kvm i centrala Öregrund, med havsutsikt. Endast 70 m till bad. Loft med dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Fullständigt kök, dusch och WC. Självhushåll. Öregrund är en charmig ort på östkusten med trähus och trånga gränder. Sommartid finns det massor av restauranger och cafer. Söderut finns Stockholms skärgård och norrut det öppna havet. 1.5 timme från Arlanda. Buss till Uppsala var 30 minut. 5 minuters promenad till busstation och färja till Gräsö.

Här finns möjlighet till både en aktiv semester eller vila och rekreation. Denna stuga är belägen i en fin miljö på norra Gräsö. Här har du 2 km till fina badklippor och 1 km till fiskehamn med badbrygga. Runt knuten hittar du naturstigar för vandring, cykling eller löpning. Har du båt finns ramp för sjösättning. Skärgården erbjuder fantastiska klippor för sol och bad, och är också gynnsam för fiske. Sängkläder och handdukar/badlakan ingår. Stugan ligger ca 50 m från hyresvärdens bostad.

A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Welcome to the summer paradise of Öregrund ! You'll stay just 1 km from the beautiful Tallparken, with scenic walking trails, cliffs, and a small sandy beach, and 1.3 km from the town center. The cottage features two cozy sleeping lofts with single beds that can be combined into double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the large yard with a patio, perfect for BBQ evenings and relaxation. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest.

English will follow: Boende i äldre stadsdelen i Östhammar. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt kvarter med egen ingång med parkering utanför gården på gatan. Boendet ligger på våran tomt med tillgång av egen altan i soligt läge. Stugan har full takhöjd med sovloft , bastu och vedeldad kamin . Och luftvärmepump Busstation ligger 300 meter ifrån boendet, avstånd till centrum och hamn ca 500 meter.
