It's a comfortable, completely renovated and atypical space. The 30 m² accommodation is accompanied by a 15 m² terrace. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.
