Former 17th century fisherman's house, recently renovated, located near the port of Solidor in Saint Malo. Townhouse located in an old area, you won't need to use your car for shopping: 50 m from the sea and 300 m from the marina. On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen and 1.40 m folding sofa.
