Very central to all amenities. Garden at rear of property is a lovely little sun trap. Only stayed one night but facilities are certainly enough for a much longer stay. Will certainly look to book again when returning to the area. Chantelle was very responsive, friendly and helpful to any queries. Fresh milk, coffee/tea etc. Crumpets, butter and jam left was a much appreciated extra

We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic and quiet location for exploring Stamford. Clean and comfortable. Having a parking space is rare in Stamford.

We wanted a countryside getaway for a group of friends to get together before one of us gets married. Brittany and Mel's place was perfect - we spent time outside in the hot tub and hosted a dinner party and games night with ample space. The Red Lion was only a short walk and the food was delicious. We were able to hike around the local area and take in the scenery. It really was the perfect weekend chillout for us all. The property itself is unique and timeless, it was fantastic value for money!

Cherry tree cottage is in a great location and is well equipped with a completely private and secure garden. Everything was clean and tastefully done. Our host kept a low profile - perfect for a secluded couple of days away, but was quick to respond when we reached out. Seat on is a lovely village with good walks and great accessibility for the rest of Rutland.

Susan is the best host! Lovely and thoughtful welcome amenities provided for our group, bumblebee barn is so homely, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend

The house is beautifully decorated, has a very well equipped kitchen and the outside space is very private and a lovely sun trap. We all enjoyed the hot tub and recommend the local Kinema in the Woods for a lovely cinema experience!

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

Had a beautiful stay with family for my 60th. Everything was perfect even with 2 dogs staying with us. Great for my husband to plane spot. Michelle is a brilliant host, kept us informed up until check in, then on hand afterwards. Like having a good friend on your phone. We will definitely be coming back again. Sooner the better x

Went as a family unit for my husband's 60th, and what a beautiful place! Kids loved the PlayStation 5, pool, ping ball and especially the pool. Management was so helpful and quick to respond to messages, we even had the pleasure of meeting Alistar and having a tour of his campervan, (credit to him). Looking forward to coming back next year! The only thing with me being short the pool could have been a little shallower but definitely a five star place! By far the best place we have stayed so far in the UK, let's hope we have better weather next year although it didn't spoil a thing as so much to do, Thanks Alistar and team 🥰🥰

We stayed in fishing lake 59 and We LOVED this place! Thank you so much for the prosecco and shortbread, The hot tub was perfect, All the little personal homely touches were just lovely. The view of the lake is stunning! has a large private decking area to sit out and look into the lake, Kaci was very lovely and gave us all the information we needed. We honestly couldn’t fault the whole thing! We needed a place to unwind and relax after not the best 6 months and this was just the place! Already looking into booking again at some point! 🫶🏼

What a beautiful gem of a find. Absolutely a may zing!! Everything as advertised and the rest. Totally five star accommodation. Massive bonus was the gorgeous indoor pool. Extremely helpful and readily available hosts. If you’re looking for a quiet hideaway then look no further. Yet within a short distance of quaint Woodhall Spa.

It’s been amazing and was sorry we hadn’t booked for longer!

The place was very spacious. Spotless clean and inviting. The king size bed was comfortable and the bathroom have both a bath and a shower cubicle. Very nice patio at the back. Perfect for dogs because of the fence all around it. A very quiet place. Perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

A wonderful calm and relaxing hideaway! The cottage was spacious and homely, just what we needed for a family escape and a perfect location for a friend’s celebration nearby. The surrounding gardens were idyllic and enabled us to stay in and enjoy the setting. Travelling with a young family we were delayed but Richard was very understanding and made check in still simple and worry free. Stamford and Woolsthorpe Manor were lovely spots close by and the Six Bells in Witham served a fantastic Sunday roast. We would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely few days staying in this unique accommodation. Lots to do in surrounding areas and very peaceful setting. Perfect for a wkend away from it all
