This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. Added features also include a 75” flat screen TV in the living room with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well. The back covered patio is over 1,000 sq. ft. with a large area for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing and watching the deer from the back porch or around the fire pit.

The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses.
