Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Old 19th century farmhouse carefully eco-renovated, on the edge of the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and at the gates of Nantes. 110 m2 house comprising a large living room + open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of the farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close to the center of Treillières and 10 minutes from the Tram. The farmhouse houses the cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

For a stay of one night or more, I offer you on the ground floor: dining room-kitchen area, small private terrace; upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), bathroom with large shower and sink, separate toilet. - North of Nantes, close to the Nantes Rennes axis (2 km). - The charm of the old, in a separate building. - Shops 2.5 km away in the village of Héric, 12 km away in Nort/Erdre.
