We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

This is a lovely, quiet and private space. Melissa and Matt have decorated and equipped the annex beautifully with function in mind. I found the space ready to arrive and relax. There are some lovely walks on nearby public footpaths.

absolutely chuffed with my weekend here. Keith welcomed us and was very friendly and talked is through the property and anything we needed to know..goes above and beyond ! place has been done up gorgeous well thought out whatever we needed was there and more. Food and drinks where left for us which went down well. Welcome pack if new to area with information. WiFi and sound bar on tv. Cute selection of games and puzzles. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend and would come again 🥰🧡

Really lovely place with great kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was easy to find and parking was available right outside the property. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom through the spiral stairs. The kitchen and lounge are up a flight of stairs as well so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues! A lovely place - recommend!!

Cherry tree cottage is in a great location and is well equipped with a completely private and secure garden. Everything was clean and tastefully done. Our host kept a low profile - perfect for a secluded couple of days away, but was quick to respond when we reached out. Seat on is a lovely village with good walks and great accessibility for the rest of Rutland.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We’d stay there again.

Gorgeous place in the most beautiful little village. We visited bicester village and some other places close by. The local pub was lovely and some great places for walking our Dog. Thank you so much x

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We had a great stay visiting family near overstone. The lodge is perfect, it has everything we needed. They kindly gave us milk and breakfast which was really lovely. The location was quiet and the neighbours were really friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here, we will again for sure.

We had a lovely break here whilst visiting family nearby, Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, absolutely gorgeous area and all round welcoming atmosphere. Stuart even kindly installed WiFi for us- as signal is hit and miss in the area. Very clean Caravan as well and well equipped. We had the best time, the pool is amazing!! The time slots were ideal and work really well- great pool for adults and children. Beautiful cottage, lovely gardens-we felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble for Bridget. The children have now also found a new love for tennis! We def hope to return … 10 out of 10 from us!!

Really lovely stay. Extremely pristine and private airbnb, perfect for dogs and so peaceful! If your only knowledge of the English countryside is from romantic movies, then this is pretty much 100% as dreamy as you would hope. Angela was always available and responded in an extremely timely manner. We have stayed in many places that claim the pool is heated only to be disappointed. This pool was so warm we could swim in 18c weather on a cloudy day. We loved everything about our stay and the kitchen is very generously stocked with knives, cutting boards, kitchen scissors, etc. We could not recommend this airbnb and the hosts enough! The neighbours are also so kind and warm and even suggested walking routes for us and the dog. Don’t hesitate and book in now!

My partner, me and our dog stayed at Madeleines pool house, absolutely stunning and comfortable! So much space for our pooch. Madeleine and her husband were so welcoming and helpful throughout our visit! Thank you so much for your flexibility and responsiveness!

Had a lovely stay in Lauren’s caravan. Had everything we needed, even cling film (it’s the small things). Spacious and airy. Great location, onsite shop, restaurant and lake. Very peaceful few days away. Pool was being cleaned whilst we were there getting ready to open, would have loved to been able to use it. Friendly residents too. Will be back!

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at the cosy converted barn studio - nice and clean and within minutes of great local pubs. The studio is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches.

I've stayed in a few places but I must say this was the nicest place we have stayed, left us a pile of goodies and provisions so not having to go to shops, the place is spotless and very well laid out even the small bedroom was big enough for one of us, 2 showers in the property meant not waiting on the 3 of us to use one, livingroom was comfy as anything and sky tv was great, our host Sarah replied to any texts we sent almost immediately and left us a gift of greyhound keyrings as she knew we were down for greyhound derby at towcester, the outdoor space is lovely and very private and it was needed as it was in the high 20s whilst we were there, as soon as I get dates for next years derby we will be booking again, thank you Sarah for allowing us to book I hope this feedback gets you loads of bookings as you deserve it with the way your property is presented xx Robert Hawthorn

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

We visit the area each year to see friends and have discovered this is the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It's spacious and comfortable in a quiet location with lots of thoughtful extras. Ailsa is most welcoming and easy to contact prior to arrival. This is our second visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Thankyou

The Granary is a lovely thatched cottage tucked away in a peaceful spot on a no through lane in the old part of the village. The property ticked all my boxes for a peaceful and comfortable stay when visiting family living close by. The gated driveway parking directly adjacent to the property makes easy work of unloading/loading on arrival/departure. There are lovely mature garden surrounds to the property offering a good degree of privacy, although not fully enclosed if you have young children or pets. With two dogs in tow it was an added bonus to have lovely countryside walks directly from the door over the adjacent Edgecote Estate. Michael the host’s communication and directions for accessing the property were excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

Very nice place. Only small but had all that was needed. Great shower everthing is there that you need even milk in the fridge
