This is my 2nd stay at this location and with this host. I must say my stay is ALWAYS amazing. The concierge is also very helpful. They helped me setup an amazing birthday set up for my boyfriend. I would definitely book again.

mi estancia fue excelente, todo muy limpio el baño impecable, la cocina muy equipada y limpia, se encuentra rodeada de naturaleza, la piscina excelentes, especialmente la alberca que se encuentra en la planta alta tiene una vista maravillosa al mar y a la selva. en verdad increíble, era no hubo nadie más que nosotros, La playa del club beach tiene mucha Roca, son embargo, la alberca y las instalaciones excelentes. recomiendo ir en auto propioy pasar antes de llegar por los alimentos y bebidas que vas a ocupar porque no hay nada en donde comprar en el.lugar. esta a 15 minutos en auto la playa de akumal para visitar todo el día y nadar con las tortugas fue una experiencia inolvidable! y a media hora de playa del Carmen y Tulim, esta en un lugar estratégico para poderte mover. Fernando siempre muy atento de mi estancia, siempre respondió todas mis llamadas, 100% recomendable

Great stay. Place was nice. Host was excellent. You will definitely want a scooter or car/atv. WiFi good. No issues. Awesome cafe attached to building. Would stay here again. Only complaint which isn’t really a complaint is I wasn’t really able to use much of the patio especially at night. It’s the jungle so although it’s beautiful out there, it’s full of wildlife. Mosquitos, bugs/spiders ants, cats, lizards and even a possum. Yard could be better kept and cleaned up so it’s a bit easier to enjoy. But the inside is so nice I didn’t really mind. Overall I really enjoyed my time

Excelente departamento dentro del Tulum Country Club muy recomendable para viajes de golf al PGA Riviviera maya. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Muy buenas areas comunes en el edificio. Annemarie muy amable al igual que el personal del edificio.

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.

Great spot. They are well connected and hooked us up with local recs, driving service, and answer all questions immediately. Beautiful space. One local mentioned it was the one of the first builds and they don’t make them like this anymore. It was great.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb The setting is incredibly peaceful — surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The interior design and furniture were thoughtfully chosen, with unique touches that made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. The pool was a definite highlight — serene, clean, and a great spot to unwind at any time of day. Everything about the place made it feel like a hidden gem. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the noise and connect with nature in comfort!

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. My stay was terrific. Great room, great neighborhood, and great hosts who communicated regularly with support and tips to make the most of my Tulum experience.

Our stay in North Half Moon Bay, Akumal, was perfect! The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach with turquoise waters and tranquil vibes. Yalku Lagoon, a snorkeling paradise, is a 10-minute walk away, and Turtle Bay Beach is right next door for swimming with sea turtles. Amazing local restaurants and the super convenient Midway Market are all within walking distance. This spot is ideal for relaxing, adventuring, and soaking in Akumal’s beauty. Highly recommend it for a five-star escape!

Un super séjour ! Le logement était exactement comme décrit : propre, spacieux et bien situé par rapport aux diverses activités. Le condo est facile d’accès, l’endroit est très tranquille, parfait pour se détendre. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue. Les chambres sont confortable Micheline et Giovanna ont été très réactives. Les instruction d'arrivée et de départ sont très claires. Je recommande sans hésiter.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

This home is a little slice of heaven. Just enough off the beaten path to be able to fully unwind. Home is so comfortable with everything you need. Beautiful surroundings, kind genuine people, nature. You can get a golf cart and so many activities and restaurants are minutes away. The restraint “la lunita” is right next to the pool in front of the condo. The food and drinks are tops. We have stayed here twice now. I hope to come many more times. My family agrees it’s has been one of the best vacations we have ever been on both times. 10 of 10 highly recommended.

Great place in a lovely location. Hosts are good communicators and local staff are very responsive!

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

The pictures do not do it justice! The views are absolutely incredible and go forever. From the large comfortable porch, bedroom, living room and kitchen...you can't help looking through all the huge windows onto the turquese water! The location is so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Snorkeling right out front! About 10 minutes from town (we rented a car), so no in walking distance but easy to go pick up groceries and go to dinner. The home was well decorated, tall ceilings, large windows made it so peaceful and easy. Plenty of dishes & cookwear for eating there. The building is very new, easy secure parking, and even a small gym. Angelica was fantastic!! Very quick responses, helpful info, and very accommodating when our flights changed and was very flexible. Would absolutely stay here again and ready to be back!!

We had an awesome vacation at Yvonne's place. The location is very private and quiet. The rooftop deck was a great plus, not to mention the building deck with a view of the ocean and plunge pool. You definitely need a car, but we were familiar with the area, so that wasn't an issue. Nice walk to Akumal Beach, though more crowded over there. We liked the seclusion and peace of Yvonne's place. Close to everything, but far enough away to truly relax. Highly recommend the spa at Tao Wellness, which is 5 min away. It's a little challenging to contact them since they don't have a web page, but you'll find them on IG. Worth the effort. Yvonne's place is great!

Nuestra estadía en la casa de Miguel fue espectacular. Todo estuvo perfecto. El lugar es único, ambientes muy amplios y luminosos que se conectan con un patio exterior con parrilla que da a la pileta y a la playa. La playa es muy limpia y libre de sargazo! Todos los alrededores tienen un ambiente familiar y muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar en familia. El anfitrión estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros, nos sentimos muy cuidados estos días. A destacar, el sillón del living es muy amplio y súper cómodo. Fueron unas vacaciones perfectas y volveremos a este paraíso. Gracias!

Muy bueno el departamento. Nos encantó el condominio, tiene todas las posibilidades en base a las ganas y posibilidades de cada uno; se puede ir a la playa pública, al beach club Kay o sacar pase en los hoteles Bahía Principe. Muy cerca de Akumal para snorkel con tortugas (imperdible), de la zona arqueologica y cenotes. Las camas son cómodas y tiene buen espacio en el balcón. Rubén siempre respondió de forma rápida y amable.
