Holiday rentals with a pool in Grand Sirenis

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb in Akumal/Tulum/Playa del Carmen—this is it! The home is stunning: spacious, modern, full of natural light, with an incredible pool and views. It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. Cary’s home in Akumal was an incredible place to stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true escape. Cary was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Akumal!

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

What can I say? Everything perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Friendly people from different countries everywhere, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. So we enjoyed our relaxing holiday in Mexico! We'll be back.

Amazing place to stay - with the most thoughtful touches in the place. We didn’t want to leave!! Walking distance to a huge number of restaurants and cafes, yet the location still felt very peaceful and private. Oscar the host was very responsive, and also helped arrange for a chef to come and cook for us in the accommodation one night which was incredible! A must stay.

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Very good apartment. We loved the condo, it has everything you could want; you can go to the public beach, the Kay beach club or get a pass at the Bahia Principe hotels. Very close to Akumal to snorkel with turtles (unmissable), the archaeological zone and cenotes. The beds are comfortable and it has a good space on the balcony. Ruben always responded quickly and kindly.

The property was gorgeous & was a perfect space for our group to just hang out in the pool, relax, and enjoy. The home itself was beautiful, completely accurately pictured and described, truly a stunning home. Comfortable beds, AC! They were very sweet about letting us decorate the place for our event and make it extra special for our bride. The hosts were INCREDIBLE, helping us at every step of the way including helping us plan activities (catamaran picked us up right at the house) arranging transportation, helping us with deliveries, and setting up a fantastic private chef experience. All exquisite. The pool is everything— even has a small section of shallow water for anyone who just wants to cool off but doesn’t want a full swim. It is large enough to fit a big group which was also a plus. Only downside of the property is that it isn’t particularly close to the restaurants nearby, but with the help of their recommended very affordable taxi service everything felt accessible!

Donna and Lauriane were amazing host. Lauriane helped us with everything we needed with not only the house but also on getting around the town and booking taxis. Thank you for everything was definitely a perfect location.

The unit was perfectly located in front of the sea, the pool and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Monica and Yazmin's service was first-class. They treated us luxuriously and helped us with extra things, even going to get a floor fan for my autistic son who needs it to sleep. They made all the difference on our vacation. We sincerely appreciate all the attention. And we'll definitely be back.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.
