This place has a million excellent reviews, and for good reason. Its clean, cozy, and very simple, and everything is as described. Excellent communication with Joel and he was very accommodating. If you need a cost effective, clean, somewhat private place to stay, this place is perfect.

This was probably my favorite AirBnb to stay at ever. The unit was better than the description in every way and way bigger than we anticipated. The only note I would have that is not really in anyone's control is that whenever folks were walking around the hallways in the mornings, it was pretty loud. Other than that, we had a very very quiet stay. I also appreciate that we didn't have to do any major cleaning before checking out, which was nice and made the stay very stress-free. I would absolutely book here again!

Suzanne was so easy to work with...always quick to respond to our questions. The house is set back from the street and you may drive past on your first try, but it lends itself to being a quiet place to finish a busy day. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything a kitchen should have at the ready. Cozy living room with a smart tv and Dish . Beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans made for a good night's sleep. I agree with the description. It is a cozy place to stay. We'll be back.

Ted’s home was very cozy, it was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The area was peaceful and quiet. A really short drive to all state parks. I would stay here again in the future.
