Holiday rentals with lake access in Grand Lake

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

This house is beautiful. The management company, especially Christine, is great. We had an issue with another property and she switched us here. Thoughtful, responsive, professional. Thanks! The house is in a great location with killer views. Clean and well-designed.

The place was amazing! George was extremely responsive and helpful! He communicated so well with us before and during our stay. The home was very close to our activities, and the view was breathtaking. We had 2 Moose hanging out in the yard, my wife had never seen one in the wild! The accomodations were perfect for our family get together on Mother's Day. Thank you George!

Absolutely stunning stay and hoping to make the trip out again. House was in great shape and we made good use of the fireplace and hot tub. lots of accessible hikes in the area, and can't beat the views from the living room.

We had a great stay at Casey's apartment. A super convenient location to access both Granby and even potentially Winterpark (you would have to find parking tho at that end). Had all the amenities we needed, and we had a lovely cozy time. Thanks Casey for hosting us!

Great place to stay near Idaho Springs and Georgetown! Beautiful mountain setting, right near a trailhead and lake. The drive up was cool with the switchbacks, definitely be prepared for weather conditions and elevation. We had three kids under three with us and this place was perfect for space for naps and playing. Well stocked kitchen and super functional dining and living area. Gino was very responsive and came right away when we had an issue with the door lock. We would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nicky's Airbnb during our recent trip to Rocky Mountain National Park! We absolutely loved the space - although described as studio, it was very spacious and comfortably fit our family of four without ever feeling too cramped at all! All amenities are as described, and Nicky even included supplies such as kitchen items, detergent, hygienic products, and more which was super helpful to us during our stay. The Airbnb is located in the town of Grand Lake (right next to the actual lake itself) that is walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery markets, an awesome kid's park, and a short five minute drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We all agreed this was one of our best Airbnb stays, and would definitely return again!

Great stay!! Love this little condo and location, it’s near Grand Lake town and hikes. Shane was a great host and even let us check in earlier. Peaceful, safe area. So glad it was in the first floor for my littles to go out and enjoy the grassy area. The place, was nice and clean. And everything was comfortable.

We loved the accommodations and appreciated the upgrades and tasteful décor. The beds were comfortable, the towels, luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The building was rustic but the interior is comfortable and fresh. There were other residents living their lives, so could get noisy at times, but well worth the drive and the cost.

Great location, very clean and new. Welcome bag was an added bonus with coupons to local restaurants and munchies to eat. Coffee pot with coffee included, laundry detergent, Q tips, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash also included. Bed was comfortable! Highly recommended!
