Condo holiday rentals in Grand Lake

Comfortable place, plenty of room. Good location with great views. Older place, but nice vintage touches and other decor. Has every thing you need. I would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location! This place was just like the photos and right in town. We didn't go down to the lake as we were here in winter for the skijoring event. We will go back in the summer for lake activities since the location was so great. One note, if you like to play board games like us with the kiddos, make sure to bring your favorites as they did not have any.

Wow, we had such a spectacular stay at Amy’s beautiful condo which was *so walkable* and in such an amazing location. If you stay in Grand Lake, you’d be smart to book Amy’s amazing spot! Clean, comfortable, safe,& beautifully designed with so many lovely touches. We felt right at home. Just a moment away from all the shops and the incredible Grand Lake on foot. You’ll really never have to move your car if you don’t want to. A *huge* plus was the parking spot right at the back patio that makes it *crazy easy* to load in and out in a flash with all your vacation essentials! There are coffee & dinner spots *attached* to the same building as the condo which are incredibly convenient! The HUB is great for bagels and coffee a few steps outside the door. Our favorite spot for ice cream is Myauchi’s down by the marina; great to grab and sit at the dock to enjoy the incredible views! We especially loved the ceiling fans, box fan, cozy electric fireplace, PLENTY of blankets + pillows! ❤️

Wonderful accommodations - great view of lake. We walked into town and enjoyed paddle boarding on Shadow Mountain Lake. I would definitely stay at Tara's place again if there was an opening.

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

Great home base for adventuring Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, AND Lake Granby! Had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway in the mountains! Easy to find, easy to access. Leah was very quick to respond!

Really nice condo, gorgeous surroundings in the mountains. Very peaceful and serene area, we absolutely loved our stay. The actual condo building itself is dated and not fancy, however this condo is updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a group of four, 2 adults and 2 teens, and we all slept well in the comfy beds and felt refreshed for our adventurous days. We made dinner in the condo each night and had some really memorable family time together. Highly recommend and we will be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to the rockies!

This place was AMAZING! Kelly is incredibly thoughtful and intentional about the space and it really stood out. The place has everything we could need. Loved that it is dog friendly and everything was set-up to be dog friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Super easy to use everything and the guide book was a great resource. This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever stayed in. The entire place was comfortable and Kelly was responsive and helpful from booking to checking out. I cannot recommend enough. Already looking at booking another stay here.

Great place to stay! Parking with a big truck was tricky as some of the parking stalls were too low for us to get in, so if the condos are full not sure where you park?

Michael was very accommodating. The place was a bit cozy for 3 adults but worked for us. Bring your own shampoo/body wash/lotion!

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

This was our second time staying here because we love it so much. It’s super convenient to the ski resort, grocery store, restaurants and anything else you might want or need. We stayed with our pups and 5 year old and had a great stay!

Natalie’s place is amazing! She provides super clear instructions to find the condo and to get in. The kitchen has everything you could need, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is fully stocked and has plenty of towels. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Granby, Fraser, Winter Park and Grand Lake. We can’t wait to stay again!

Great place with great views! Overall, a very pleasant stay in a very well kept condo.

The place was adorable and great for our stay. Ski in/out is from blue routes, but the village is a short drive and no big deal. Beds were so comfy (firm but not overly so)! Overall we had a great time, had fun skiing and playing in the snow, had a comfy place to recharge at night, and saw some incredible sunsets from the balcony.

Peaceful, beautiful chalet close to RMNP. The unit is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying morning coffee and the view/sounds of the river. We enjoyed walking the path along the river as well, and even saw a moose around sunset one evening! The host is very responsive and informative. Check-in/out was a breeze. The welcome basket was a great surprise as well. Perfect for our family of 4.

My family enjoyed the quick access to and from the lift. This allowed my family to enjoy meals between skiing. The condo had plenty of space and was warm and cozy retreat to rest and relax. It is also close to a grocery store and not far from multiple towns to grab food if needed.

It was extremely convenient for a family a 5. We felt right at home with all necessities available.

Lauren’s place was perfect! Cozy, stylish, and stocked with everything we needed—from soft blankets to a fully equipped kitchen. Being so close to Winter Park made skiing a breeze, and having in-unit laundry was a huge bonus after hitting the slopes. Lauren’s recommendations made the stay even better!
