Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grand-Champ

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house for 14. The setting is very pleasant, and Jeanne was proactive, responsive and attentive to our needs. It was too short! It is necessary to organise access on arrival, as the accommodation is further away from the pier. The electric bikes provided, with a trailer, were a real plus.

Excellent time, the cottage is perfect, very well equipped, nice, very clean and quiet. The spa is a real plus after a day of walking, the owners are very nice. Don't hesitate!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

We had a great stay at the Manoir de Toulvern farm. The house, beautifully renovated, is very comfortable in a beautiful and very quiet place. The place is ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Morbihan. We had a very friendly and attentive welcome from our hosts who gave us clear instructions. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this place!

David's house is very nice and renovated with great taste. It is a 5-minute walk from the centre, very easy to access. We stayed there for 3 nights with friends and it was perfect: we found everything we needed and particularly enjoyed the excellent bedding! Davis was very accommodating with schedules and very pleasant in his communication. We recommend it!

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbour - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and its surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. The only catch is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a very pleasant stay, whether for the most pleasant accommodation or for the walks between the wild coast and the bay of Quiberon. I don't forget the great view of the waterfront that alone deserves all the stars.

Nicolas and Delphine were accessible and responsive from the time of booking. The apartment and its location were really perfect, Vannes is a very beautiful city to discover on foot from their accommodation.

Classic house from the outside and very modern inside.. great decor and beautiful layout.. the view from the house and the garden are amazing.. can’t get enough of it! So peaceful and so relaxing.

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with a neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are magnificent. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

A few steps from the port, (excellent) restaurants, passionate small traders (great cheese shop and fishmonger), Céline's house is a haven of peace. The decor of the house is neat, the brightness is omnipresent, the comfort of the rooms is more than pleasant, a beautiful living space inside and out... nothing to say, we spent a long weekend with the family that was quite ideal. I'll just point out the presence of a plancha and not a barbecue. The exchanges with Céline were very pleasant and she was there to answer the small questions on arrival. Nothing to say, just to enjoy! And thank you Céline, for the little Breton welcome gift 🙂

We had a great stay with friends in this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie who managed our stay is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

Very nice cottage, bright and tastefully furnished as well as a very good level of equipment and especially the kitchen. The atmosphere of the large living room invites you to rest, conviviality and cocooning, the stove is a real plus! Possibilities of walking from the house. We felt “at home.”
