We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

I rented this home to enjoy some family and friend time away from otherwise hectic French travel. This was perfect! It felt like staying in the home of a dear friend or family member. And, the host recommended a private chef who provided cooking lessons and a birthday luncheon! Unforgettable!! Unlike any other Airbnb property for its charming hosts, the beautiful character of the property and the amenities we enjoyed. Lots of nearby wineries, Bergerac had great charm and food, boat ride on the Dordogne, and more. No one wanted to leave! We hope to return!! Merci beaucoup, Karen & Charlie!!

We spent three days and two nights in Anne-Marie and Paul's beautiful studio, and we intend to return as soon as possible. A real little cocoon, very well equipped and ideally located in a quiet and idyllic environment. And what a view from the deck! We enjoyed beautiful walks around the village, and our dog Marcus was over the moon. What can I say about the warm welcome and kindness of Anne-Marie and Paul? We simply felt like family. Anne-Marie even took the time to go for a walk with us, accompanied by her adorable dog Jojo, to show us the surroundings. Special mention for the little touches that make all the difference: fresh eggs from the house hens, cold beers and delicious cherries were waiting for us on arrival. In short, go with your eyes closed: it's really not an Airbnb like any other.

A dream of a country house! I don't even know what I liked best: the charming old house, the beautiful garden, the tranquility, the humming of bumblebees and birdsong or the fragrant hedges. I've never had such a lovingly furnished apartment. When it got unusually cool for June, we could turn on the old wood stove, which was so cosy. The free-standing tub fills up quickly, you can really use it. I also loved the fully equipped kitchen, with a very modern stove and oven. The area is very nice, in the middle of nowhere, no loud streets that you would hear. But 10 minutes away is a place with everything you need and 10 minutes further is a small town with supermarkets and a beautiful weekly market. Sara is incredibly nice and was able to help with everything. We had a perfect stay, I would give six stars if I could.

A little piece of heaven. A beautiful setting and spacious room. So much thought and attention to detail has gone into this property. It has been built with love and the hosts are very eager to please. An excellent place. I particularly liked the cute cats and dogs the owners have and the gardens, as well as the cool party garage next to the pool with table football and other games to enjoy. Highly recommend

Staying at the Moulin de Bord is like going back in time, where the water once sang under stone wheels. Nestled in a green setting, this old mill full of history now offers an enchanted break, away from the hustle and bustle of the world. The murmur of the Bandiat cradles days and nights, and each stone seems to tell the memories of a peaceful past. The setting is of rare beauty, authentic and refreshing. The calm is deep, almost sacred. You breathe nature, you'll find peace. As for Sabrina, the host, she embodies generosity and sweetness. Her warm and thoughtful welcome gives this already magical place an even brighter soul.

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully situated. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it's up to us, we'd love to come back.

Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property

A most excellent stay, comfortable, quiet, great pool, good facilities, great location for us, the provided breakfast was way better than expected, we would highly recommend The Grange and both Ian and Carol as hosts, superb value for money, and an ideal rural Frenchland location (pothole free roads yay), cheers!

The cottage is perfectly equipped, well decorated and in a very nice and very quiet environment. Our hosts were kind and discreet.

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

Very pleasant welcome from Anne. Very nice accommodation, well-equipped. Very nice bathroom. The beds are neither too firm nor too soft.

This is the perfect place for a family holiday, the house is located in the fenced area and our dogs could walk. In addition, each had their own personal room with a shower and toilet, which is very convenient. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the best place.

Very nice and warm house. We spent the Christmas holidays there with the family (8 people of several generations). Communication was easy, kind, and easy. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook for the holidays without any problem. Only downside, the bedroom on the second floor has no walls so not insulated from noise. The garden is well maintained and even in winter, we appreciated its serenity

We had a great time in the heart of Dordogne. The place is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding woods, the place is quiet and peaceful, if you like tranquility this place is for you. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! The accommodation is functional and very well-equipped, the owners and Jessyca were very responsive to our questions and are present for any concern, very understanding and kind, we thank them 😊

Well located accommodation, quiet and close to a large city (10 minutes). Photos match the rental, the accommodation is perfect for 12 people, spacious enough (outside and inside). Very well equipped accommodation. Very clean and well maintained, very pleasant outdoor spaces. Friendly, responsive, and accommodating host.
