Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Stone studio ideally located in the heart of the village of Montagrier, a village located between Périgueux and Ribérac, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. You can discover its various jewels, including the Abbey of Brantome, the Château de Bourdeilles, the large pond of Jemaye, etc. A bakery and a restaurant are located within walking distance of the property. Every summer, you can attend the Montagrillades within walking distance of the property. Opposite, free parking is available.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

A large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas stove, kettle, filter coffee maker.) A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Hair dryer available. Upstairs 2 rooms, with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. A TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bed and bath linens are provided. At the back of the house, terrace overlooking the large garden. Table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
