Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. Private, south-facing courtyard. Not suitable for children or animals.

Stone studio ideally located in the heart of the village of Montagrier, a village located between Périgueux and Ribérac, in the heart of the Périgord Vert. You can discover its various gems, including the Abbey of Brantome, the castle of Bourdeilles, the large pond of Jemaye, etc. A bakery and a restaurant are located close to the accommodation. Every summer, you can attend the Montagrillades, just a stone's throw from the accommodation. Free parking is available opposite.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

A large living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob,kettle , filter coffee maker.) A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Upstairs 2 rooms monthly, with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. A tv in the living room and one in the bedroom . Bed linen and towels are provided. In the back of the house, terrace overlooking the large garden. Table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.
