Great convenient location close to town. Wonderful lake views and stunning backyard area. Sauna was excellent and easy to use. Friendly neighbors. Short drive into town. Large garage. Good value. Furniture was comfy and board games were available. The fire was nice outside. Beds were comfy. The host is very responsive and accommodating. I really appreciate how quickly they answered any questions. Could use some nonstick pans and sharper knives if cooking. Personally, I am not able to figure out how to cook with stainless steel pans without everything sticking to it unless using a ton of oil. Overall, a very nice stay. I would happily book this place again. We had a fantastic time! Local recommendations: Grand Lake is stunning. I recommend the GL marina for kayaks, paddle board boat rentals etc. and The Wake has decent coffee. Didn’t find a good breakfast spot in town, maybe go to Granby for that. But a handful of decent dinner spots. & Charlies for karaoke!

Great place, dog friendly! The cabin was perfect size for us. There was a fire pit for anyone staying to use, and a hot tub as well! She gave us great pet friendly hiking trails to go to. We had a great time there! Highly recommend!

Great little getaway in the mountains. Truly amazing views. Accurate pictures and description. Lots of thought and detail went into this place - not a cheap thing in the entire house from bedding to kitchen supplies to decor. Nestled in a nice safe neighborhood. Becca was extremely responsive. Will be back!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at 48 Overlook Drive!! The house had all the accomodations needed for a comfortable vacation. The home felt cozy and the views were spectacular! The drive was relaxing getting to the mountain top! Austin, made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend this space for anyone looking for mountain views, not far from many scenic cities.

Beautifully decorated retreat for rest and relaxation. Heather went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The space is thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, which was a true delight for us as we love to cook. The hot tub with its panoramic mountain view was everything. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the breathtaking surroundings. Every detail was considered, making this getaway exactly what we hoped for. We are already planning our next stay because it was absolute perfection.

We had two families of four staying at the cosmic cabin for a long weekend, and made lasting memories. The space was perfect for us, especially with the outdoor access and the hot tub and fire pit. The kids loved exploring and the parents enjoyed relaxing on the patio. A perfect stay!

We loved staying at Darin's place, it was neat and clean and we loved all the small touches. The place was as described and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and clean. We stayed during the week, and saw the town fill up in the days leading up to the weekend. All in all, we'd stay again in a heartbeat.

It’s all in the *details*! First I’d like to say the cabin is very specious. More than the photos show. It was very clean and I could tell the carpet is pretty new. Still has the new carpet smell. Everything was spotless! Not only that but the kitchen has ANYTHING you’d need. The best part for me was the ice dispenser works and its FRESH. As in, it’s maintained, emptied, so it’s not stale. We were heaven there and so was our pup. A short walk to the Granby Lake and easy to walk the neighborhood. We certainly hope to enjoy this place again soon!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property for two months, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The views of the Continental Divide are absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic views down the Fraser valley towards the Winter Park Ski Resort were just as impressive and made for the perfect backdrop as we relaxed after a day of skiing. The home had a warm and inviting feel, with eclectic decorations that gave the place a lot of character and charm. The space felt very cozy, but was also incredibly comfortable for all our guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook up some great meals, which was a huge plus. Another plus was the heated garage. We didn’t have to scrape off the car after a storm! While the location feels remote and peaceful, it’s conveniently close to the ski resorts, shopping, and other attractions in Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby. The whole experience was warm, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

I would give Kenna 6 stars if I could. From the evening we reserved the cabin she reached out and made us feel welcome. Was so easy to get questions answered. She cares! The guestbook on the mantle goes back a decade - equally positive reviews. The property is nothing short of amazing. There were so many amenities inside and out. This property is an incredible find. The layout, conveniences, modern yet rustic feel, cleanliness, quality of the furnishings. The patio, fireplace, outside bar, gazebo: so well done. And the views! You’re only 8 minutes from RMNP. She has three nice Trek bikes in great shape with a new pump. I could go on… She’s a professional through and through and sets the standard for hosting.

Cute, historic, log-type cabin with modern updates and everything we needed. Cozy, but plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the lake and opportunities to enjoy nature out the back door-- bonfire, table in the aspens, a spacious covered front porch. We loved gazing at the lake, watching wildlife, listening to birdsong, and even taking in the brief summer rainstorms from the porch. We were there in summer and the temperatures were perfect. A 5min drive to town, we also enjoyed browsing shops, walking the waterfront, and a delicious celebratory meal (The Rapids Inn, the best-kept secret!). The kitchen is clean, well-supplied, and has new appliances. The bathroom is aged, but the shower and bath get hot quickly and have good water pressure. Luxurious, fluffy towels. The house is stocked with games and activities, everything you need for a bonfire or the grill, and lots of thoughtful touches. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful and cozy home in a wonderful location. The home provided everything we needed. Caroline was a great host proving us with detailed info prior to arrival and checked in on us during our stay. Great access to trails and fishing. We had a moose visit us during our stay which was awesome!

This cabin was perfect for two couples and could have held more. It is in an ideal location for winter fun in RMNP and/or Winter Park area. It was cozy, clean, and charming. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and the small fenced area in back was great for our pup.

Beautiful view with everything we needed for our family of 4. We used the grill, fire pit, and gas fire pit (when a moose blocked our path to the fire pit!). The kids loved watching the moose from the deck. Cabin felt private and peaceful. Enjoyed reading on the deck in the morning. Grand Lake was a cute town, and the cabin was close to lots of hiking trails.

Very comfortable and beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay. 10 mins to Grand Lake, 30 minutes to Hot Sulfur Springs, 1.5-2 hours to Steamboat and Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake nearby.

The cabin is so beautiful, spacious and cozy! We felt right at home. We arrived early and host allowed us early check in. We loved the cute little town of Grand Lake, fun shops and restaurants. Location was great, being close to Fraser where we went bowling and snow tubing one day, SO close the Rocky Mountain National Park too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We had plenty of linens and towels. Everything was clean and we were very comfy for our entire family getaway in the gorgeous snowy Rocky Mountains!

We had such a great stay - we didn’t want to leave! We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the gorgeous weather, scenery & a hike up to St. Mary’s - we even saw multiple moose!! The house is super clean, sunny & inviting. We appreciated all the extra linens, housewares, supplies, etc - we felt right at home! All instructions are clear & check in/out was a breeze! De is an amazing host & ensures you are taken care of through quick communication, including a binder full of recommendations, instructions & clear directions in the kitchen! We absolutely loved the area & the drive up to the cabin - would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, it is a wonderfully tranquil stay!!

Great stay! Drive up definitely requires the use of a 4WD car, but once you make it there, it’s very beautiful and peaceful. Encountered mule deer and a fox on the property! Hot tub was also great.

Four Pines family cabin was an excellent getaway for our family of three. There was more than enough space for sleeping. The living space and all rooms had modern furnishing and were very comfortable. Such a great location with plenty to see and do. We had lovely weather in late May, making it quite a memorable trip for the family. Kia was a wonderful and responsive host. Would definitely stay there again.
